After attempting to redeem a guest past I found on a recent anime episode, the browser appeared to stop loading at this URL. Sadly, I was unable to redeem, and attempted to move onto the support.

That said, it seems that the support page runs through this URL as well, and as a result the ticket I had typed out had not been sent there either.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I am, too, when I try to post replies in the forums - the reply posts, but it leaves me on that blank page. I'll bring it up with support.

Did you try a different browser with the same result?

EDIT: I just had it happen when posting this message, but obviously the message was posted. I suspect your support request was also submitted.

Yes, different browser with same result. Normally use Firefox, didn't work on both that and chrome. Resetting the computer also resulted in failure.

It would appear the issue happened with this post as well, also it seems to be here. Then begs the question why the guest pass didn't go through.

same here and im trying to update my payment info so i can get back on premium membership but because of this i can't get my info to update. ive tried chrome, firefox, and safari to no luck. as well can't even send a support message.

I have the same issue when trying to redeem a pass.... I just kept trying again and again. Then I finally looked at my order history, and there are four pending orders for a guest pass? o_O
