I've been trying to get a 3 month subscription using a gift card only for it to keep saying my payment information is invalid even if I enter everything correctly. Could that be a side effect of this?

Gift card as in one from crunchyroll? Or gift card as in like a Visa or a regular one from the store?

If you're using a pre-paid gift card, crunchyroll has some problems with it because of recurring payments and such.

We don't accept pre-paid cards for recurring subscriptions. You would need to purchase a non-recurring Premium Membership instead. You can do this by purchasing a gift and gifting yourself.

Is the Credit and Debit purchasing still down? My account Didn't auto renew and when I tried to renew it manually all i get is a Payment error. I've tried 2 different cards and still no luck.

Hello,
I'm not sure if it's here I should post about this issue. I have an issue with my buddy list. It says that I have 19 buddies, but I only counted 17. Some people added me, but I don't have them in my list and they do. I just know one person who have me, but I don't. So it is possible to remove me in their friend list?

Is the "contact us form" still having issues? Because I have been trying to use it for almost 2 weeks with a manga support issues. I also left a request via the forums:

If it's just that you aren't seeing a response, it could be that email from CR is getting caught incorrectly by spam filters, so you have to check your spam folders to see if it went in there. With Yahoo, for example, the only way to prevent it for me was to add "shinji@crunchyroll.com" to my contacts list.

You should get an acknowledgement email shortly after you submit via the web page, so check to see if that went to a spam folder somewhere (and add the sender as a contact). The actual response from support might be a day or two later, but if you didn't see the original ack then you won't see the help, either.

But if you are getting an error just trying to submit a request from the contact page, then that poses a problem...

I have gotten confirmations on all my requests. The first was 3/24/14, second was 3/30/14 and the last one I made today.

My e-mail doesn't have a spam filter, so I know that isn't the problem. They just don't seem to be getting back to me, which is why I was actually hopeful when I saw here that the Contact Us Forms were listed as having issues. I was thinking maybe they just weren't getting them rather than they have been ignoring me for almost two weeks.

I've had some problems with video streaming on the site for a while now. I've already sent an email a couple months back and followed the "solution" response given to me, but it still hasn't fixed it. I've also seen on other various forums that this problem is not just me [http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/2000121-anime-and-manga-other-titles/68951892?page=1].

Anyways, basically the video lags or stutters for a period of time at random points, though mostly occurs during high action/framerate scenes. It's really frustrating when it happens. My internet speed and computer is definitely fast and strong enough to handle the streams so it kinda looks like the fault is at your guy's part. I'd like to enjoy my $6.95 subscription. Anyways, rant over.

Basically, the point of this post is to make you aware of the problem and hopefully find a solution for it. Or,help me understand why this happens.
