Not really an issue but I do have a question:

Is there any plan to introduce the 3-month gift membership option this year for US? I only noticed that the 1-month option were available. (haven't tried the other packages before)

I don't really want to make a new thread about this and I know it isn't a huge deal, but my CR points aren't updating. My profile started August 4th and I've been a premium member this whole time just about and it only shows for a month. Is there any way to fix it?

Nothing you can do. It happens on occasion where CR Points fail to update, but thankfully, you've already got enough to start threads outside the Help forums (and that's all the points are really good for).

I have another question/problem that bothered me last night. Like the video stall and I "refresh" it; then it stalls and refresh

I don't know if this is a common issue or not,. Or if it's been solved already,..

However, often times I forget to close out my browser or I just leave an episode paused for more than 10 minutes at a time. When I do that, that specific episode stops playing and crashes my flash player browser wide. That episode then continues to crash on any computer I log in and watch it from no matter how long it has been since the first issue. The only way I can view the episode is if I log in on the mobile app and watch it.

Is there any way I can fix this issue without having to use the mobile app? It has become a frequent issue in my queue being on at least 1 episode of each of 10+ anime.

Please help.

The player will disconnect from the server if it's paused for more than roughly 3 minutes. That's probably causing your Flash crash. It's better to just stop playback, rather than pause, if you walk away from the PC for longer than that. It will resume at the same position in the video, if you press play again.

The issue is that once it has happened to an episode, if I load the episode again, say a month later, it will instantly crash upon loading. Even on a different computer or browser.

So when I try to watch an episode that it has happened to, once the page has fully loaded, it crashes once the video starts, and in some instances before the video can even buffer.

Okay, that would be a different issue. Have you updated all your related software? (Flash, graphics, network, browser, Windows ...)

I'm not sure where to post this issue (i'm new to the forums etc.), so I will just put this issue here.

I do not have premium (yet), and product pages are priced as expected. However, when i'm looking at a category page the prices are as if I had premium membership. This makes shopping quite a bit less user-friendly, as I now have to look at each product page to see the price I would have to pay for it. Maybe this is an issue you want to fix, as it is (in principle) false advertising.

Another (smaller) issue: at the product page that was linked the main image of the wall scroll is not loading for me, apparently because of an expired cache.
