Hi

For a while now the Crunchyroll News page has gotten so slow on me it made my browsers freeze and crash on more than occasion. This happened when I used Chrome and still happens when I use Firefox. Every link and page on Crunchyroll works fast and fine, but when I go to the News page it's when it gets really slow and pain to load and I don't know what's the issue.

again still no fix. used the html 5. and ps3,4,360 and one still same issue. it is not a app or browser issue. its the ad network their using.

im trying to resubscribe for premium but for some reason it wont accept my new debit card... i have already checked with the bank, they said the transaction isnt even showing up on their end so its something with the site... PLEASE HELP

You should /contact customer support for billing issues, as long as you've already tried subscribing following this link: /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

i can't seem to get my resubscribe to work either,

I tried customer service and got a form letter.

Everyone gets an auto email first describing solutions to common issues.

Is you card being refused as invalid or as "something went wrong"?

Is anyone's credit cards working!??? The site won't accept any form of credit card payment. There is nothing wrong with my accounts but I keep getting error messages every time I put in my payment. This sucks my membership was denied for no reason at all!!!!

Purchased with PayPal about 30 minutes ago, still pending and no charge appearing on my PP account. Guess all payment gateways are down or having some issues right now.

I am having the same issue saying something went wrong. The credit card company says there is nothing wrong with my card and it should be working!

This is the error message I keep getting if that helps

Well glad its not just me. Youjo senki comes out tomorrow so I really hope they fix this soon.

There was a processing hick-up earlier that should be fixed now. To my knowledge any premium subscription created during that time will be added to the queue again and fulfilled shortly.

Any credit card acceptance issues are not related to this.

So why can't I save a form of payment under payment method? I can't upgrade from my account. I can't purchase in the store. The credit card company says its not the card. I have contacted support but they keep ignoring the issue I am having and not giving me an explanation. They keep replying the problem is solved when its not.

I am having the exact same problem. Good to know it not just me either.

My issues began at the end of November when my "automatically renewing" subscription failed to "auto-renew." Of course I wasn't notified of this fumble until the day before my premium membership was due to expire. It was like "there was a payment error on your credit card" then BOOM "your premium membership has expired." Gee, thanks for the heads up.

I checked my card info and everything was correct, so I thought I'd try removing and re-entering the card to see if that would work and now I'm stuck at the same point as the above poster. "There was a problem with your submission. Please try again." Unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter how many times you try, try again, the system seems adament on not accepting my perfectly valid form of payment.

I tried going though support as well and got the same kind of "avoid the main issue and offer a bunch of work-around solutions" to a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.

Have you tried a different card?.... No, I only have the one card.

Have you tried using PayPal?.... No, I'm not going to all the trouble of setting up a PayPal account and getting everything verified for the sole purpose of renewing my Crunchyroll membership. Besides, other users on the forum at the time were saying that PayPal wasn't working either.

We can try deleting your account, would you like to try that?.... Wait, WHAT?!

Needless to say I told them to close the ticket and I've been putting up with the ads ever since. Even if there was nothing that they could directly do for me I would have at least been appreciative of an explanation of what the problem actually was instead of being given the run around.

"There was a problem with your submission. Please try again" is the worst kind of error message. It doesn't tell you anything! What was wrong with my submission? Was it the whole thing or just a part of it? No, there's a green check mark next to every field so that can't be it. ARGH!!! What's wrong?! \ /
