Is it possible to see your queue on the website? If so where is it?

My queue on Roku won't remove any title once added. The fixes recommended (de/reactivating) haven't worked.
Perhaps if I could see it online, there's a fix.

What are the dimensions and file size? Try using a smaller (in either way) image.

Uploading it to the site will probably change the file size. Try downloading the image from that link and then using that file as it is fairly small and should work.

So... It says Captain Earth is available for Scandinavia and I live in Finland but I cannot watch?

Also if this is a wrong place to tell this, could someone give me a link where to post it.. Thanks

The media:restriction relationship="allow" type="country" tag definitely lists the ISO country code for Finland (fi), so it is likely a matter of not having your website language (not the subtitles) set to the "correct" one.

Try going down to the "Language" setting at the bottom of the website and try changing to another language spoken in your country. For example, if you currently have it set to English, try German or French and see if the series then is listed as available.

Ohh.. It works when I set the language to German. :O

I hope they can fix this problem so I don't need to keep on changing the language setting every time I want to watch it.. And if same thing happens with other shows, I might think they're region restricted even if they aren't. :F

I dont really understand were to ask.. its confusing.. and i cant find any fast ¨contact us¨ button.. but here is my proble... i tried to purchase my membership with my visa credit card but... everytime i try to make the operation this comes up ¨sorry but there must be an error in your credit card information...¨ i've already called the card service asking whats wrong.. but they told me everything is ok with the card and... that none of the operations i tried to make on crunchyroll appears so it must be the site..

It's interesting. On my Samsung TV using the app, I get both my English and French queued shows. But on the web page here, to see the French shows at all or in my queue I have to select Francais (France) even though I'm in Canada. And then the ones that are NOT available in French disappear. Annoying. Though on my Samsung TV the French shows have no subs; now, I actually wish the English shows had no subs since even selecting the Japanese language does not turn off the subs and unlike Flash there is no "no subtitles" option.

i cant access my group, for some reason or another every time i click on it it brings me to the groups list page and it says "group not found" but on the list its right there

what do i do?
