I'm quite happy paying for my subscription but I've got a 250 meg pipe and I'm getting pretty tired of sitting looking at buffering on every video for the last few weeks. What's the deal?

My queue/history for One Piece seems to be broken. I've watched through episode 771 but it says I'm up to episode 760 and none of the episodes I've seen past 759 appear in my history. I've tried watching episodes in various different devices, tried going back to 760 and fast forwarding to the end of the episode to let the next one queue up, and nothing helps. It's annoying because any time I want to watch the next episode I have to open the episode list and look for the next one manually.

Queue/history for other shows is working fine, just OP has an issue.

Edit: Since I made this post this seems to have fixed itself. Don't know what's changed as it has been having the same issue for a few days now.

i am having issues with contact us request as it is not even processing my request. there are also issues with billing and i was charged twice for my premium account. now whom should i contact for this. kindly please improve the service or cancel completely cancel the premium service until you have better teams which i can take care of these issues

Streaming has been incredibly slow for me the past few days... unwatchable slow.
I have never had any issues before and I am not experiencing any problems with other streaming services.
Any help would be appreciated.

So apparently I am not the only person having issues.

On tuesday morning, the last time I streamed anything from Crunchyroll, everything was working fine. I come to work and start to try and stream and the viewing window comes up, but the stream itself never starts. Just shows me a black panel. :(

I work 13.5 hour shifts and need something to watch so I don't fall asleep in boredom.

EDIT: I got home and tested and the streaming seemed to work fine. Now I'll check it again at work. If it's not working again, it might be a different issue all together.

EDIT 2: Back at work now and testing has resulted in the stream not starting again. The wifi I am on here is stable and was working with streaming last week, so I can't imagine why it would not be now.

Standard Flash browser player has been causing me issues for a couple of weeks now. Try to watch an episode but the video never plays. It's possible to skip through the video using the progress bar and get subtitles and stills fine, but the thing just does not want to play. Seems like a bug in the player itself. PS4 and Windows Store apps play fine. For the web player I've resorted to using the Chrome Crunchyroll HMTL5 extension - fixes everything immediately.

It's like Crunchyroll doesn't want anyone to use their website and are forcing the apps on us instead.

everyone just install on chrome the crunchyroll HTML5 add-on and things should work a bit better. As for why these issue are happening. They did a huge server migration on wednesday and things are being fixed asap.

Flash crashes sometimes, also get logged out randomly only on Chrome stay logged in on my iphone and ipad apps. My watch history and device history seems to be in order and just updated my password not to long ago but this issue has been going on for over a year.

I use chrome as well on win7 and I don't get this. it does log out about once every few weeks but that is normal. It will log you out if you are sharing your CR account with someone else that uses a PC or if someone has a copy of your account login. Only other reason it would log you out is if either the server restarted or you cleared your cache and cookies.

Update for myself, did another testing cycle between work and home, and ultimately, it seems CR works fine for me at home, but not at work.

I did try using the Crunchyroll addon, and it seemed to change the situation slightly where that the player would pop up, and would seem to go into infinite buffering, and still not start nor make any actual progress in buffering.

Almost like the player is saying "Quick, the viewer it watching, pretend like you're working!"

yeah that sounds like ur work is limiting bandwidth. you need a minimum of 5Mb to stream. try running it at lowest resolution. as for the start buffering on vid loading i still have this from time to time but seems to only affect 1 vid so try a second one as well. than i go back and the original vid usually works.
