but should i be seeing it in the first place and if i am what is the purpose of the functionality begin with.

i would assume that if you have something you want to see changed or suggestion on a new rule or something, but that is a little uh... strange, not administrative, uh a little to much power in the users hands... IDK. it just does not add up, it is not the way i would handle that situation

I agree it's a little awkward, but I've assumed it comes with the territory--when we moved the site rules into the library instead of having a separate copy in every major forum, it meant it would be have the same features as that sort of library page. Hence a visible "edit" link, even though edits made that way would not actually have any effect.

A better way to suggest rules changes is to either contact a mod if you see something actually wrong in the rules (like a typo or something), or to post in one of the following places:

I tried contacting support but haven't gotten any reply. Anyways, there's an error with my inbox. It keeps showing the notification with "1" but I have every message already marked as read.

Hello:)

I was wondering if there was a way to remove those blank guestbooks I have. I says I have 8 guestbooks but 7 of them are from deleted accounts. I was wondering if there was a way to remove those. If there is, could you please remove them? Also my inbox says -1. Could you please fix that as well?

At least the inbox issue should be resolved now. Let me know if the guestbook count is fixed too.

The inbox is fixed but the guestbook isn't. I was mostly just wondering if something like that could get fixed since it was nuked accounts.

This concerns one of the items that was just put up on the Today's Deals. The product description for the A-CHANNEL BLU-RAY Complete Collection happens to be replaced by the description of Amagami SS+ - The Complete Collection.

Not sure why but whenever trying to access a secure page such as login page or options page on Google Chrome it claims that:
"The site is using outdated security settings that may prevent future versions of Chrome from being able to safely access it"

I doubt it's just me but just in case: So I was finally able to connect my Twitter account to my profile and am able to tweet when I update my status but I clicked the option to have tweets made when I watch an episode but nothing get tweeted. Is it just me or is that a new issue?
