I try to use spoilers. And if future notes I write Massive spoiler in RED!And use the spoil function!

Dont read the forum until the episode airs!

After watching the video there was no examples. BTW comment (quote) about using spoilers if somebody ruined something! Again if it;s that bad stay away until ready!

If a majority in the forum is already commenting well that's it the cat.s out of the bag!

I do not have to deal with spoilers.

Why do you ask?

Are you in reality phishing for techniques on how to have self-contol, NOT to click on forum threads for the sake of clicking on forum threads?

Perhaps removing the USB/ps2 connection from your mouse would do many people wonders if he or she feels the urge to randomly click on a link.

If you don't want to read spoilers in comments, don't scroll down. It's not the users fault for giving their reaction to an episode in a comment section, it's Crunchyroll's for copying Youtube's video/comment layout.

Now if a user were to write a comment like "NEXT EPISODE "SO AND SO" CHARACTER DIES SO ENJOY HIM WHILE YOU CAN HUEHUEHUE" without using spoiler tags, then you have a reason to be mad. But that doesn't happen all that often.

As far as forum spoilers go, don't read the latest comments about an episode until after it airs and you'll be safe most of the time. Of course there's exceptions to that as well such as watching an episode of something before CR gets it (like Chuunibyou), or Manga/LN spoilers. In those circumstances a spoiler tag is definitely needed.

Maybe it's because I've read and watched so many stories but rarely am I honestly surprised by any plot twists. That's not bragging it's just the weight of experience. As such spoilers don't really bother me because I'm looking for a good story and a truly good story remains good even when you know the twists. It's why we can watch our favourite anime or movies or read our favourite manga or books over and over. We know how they'll end but the story still grabs us.

It's a tv show. Not the end of the world. Don't read threads or reviews on a show if you're not caught up.

Probably more than it needs to be, but I'm in a bad mood this weekend. Seriously though. What's so hard about distilling an argument down to it's essentials and typing it out? It's not rocket science. it's something we all learn in grade school.

I was honestly entertained by your video. Maybe it's because I'm too tired and cold to think otherwise. "SINCERE_LAWL"

As for me, I don't mind spoilers. I actually prefer them. It's how I find out which shows I watch next.

Yes, it does take some of the fun from it, but being too active on these parts and such is basically asking to have series spoiled. I have learned to live with it.

Anybody who complains about a comment in an episode, explaining their thoughts on what just happened in the episode, is a fool.

What do you think the comments are going to talk about? THE EPISODE OBVIOUSLY!

See, its when morons who cant understand this simple common sense rule of thumb, ruin everyone elses experience. How you might ask? Well this is how.

People will have 2 thoughts when they see a comment in Spoiler tags.
1. That Spoiler is simply a comment about the episode.
2. That Spoiler is about something in a future episode, which we havent seen.

Due to people bitching about seeing a comment that talked about the episode that they are currently watching, they cry and say it needs to be in Spoiler tags, when it doesnt.

Which makes actual real Spoilers get put in the mix as well, which when somebody who simply wanted to read a comment about the episode, then gets spoiled for something in the future, all because people are too stupid to watch the episode before commenting.

Seriously everyone...I'm not complaining about spoilers in certain places, Spoilers are inevitable if you're part of the anime community, just an example off the top of my head is youtubers thumbnails, I'm not talking about the video titles which can or cannot be avoided but the thumbnails are there in you're face telling any big event that happened in the manga while you're an anime watcher or even if you're caught up with the manga but haven't read the latest chapter yet. So yeah it's more of video intended for comedy rather than a rant.

Just to make sure Im clear. My comment was in no way shape or form directed at you.

I was just ranting myself, about Crunchyroll users when it comes to videos on Crunchyroll. Sorry for any misconception

pretty much this,

IF you havent seen the latest episode on the release date then DONT GO to the forum.

Becuase some people will describe important details in the episode or a summary or an video clip of special scenes with in minutes and hours of release in CR or Funimation or even earlier or describe what is to come from the manga. Knowing ahead the details of events before watching it in the anime is a spoiler especially on the release hour or day.

However some peeps are pretty good with spoilers using the tags as a warning and some post a spoiler but almost like a tease like a trailer because not everything is revealed.

And when its a couple days after , everybody just write and discuss about the details freely because that comes with an assumption or rather an expectation that evreybody at this point has watched the latest episode. At that point its no longer a spoiler to everybody

BUT IF you havent even seen the latest episode Days after the release then DONT even try going to the forum
