For the last two week CR have not been working at all on xbox 360 is now going above a joke here because the shows i like to watch is only on Xbox and not on there website,

There are no CR shows that are app exclusive. I have had no issues connecting to the Xbox app all week, so you may need to provide more information, or use the /contact form to get further help.

You're not the only one having issues. I'm finding it a chore getting the xbox and ps3 app to work properly, and this has been for several months. And trying to watch 1080p on my laptop results in laggy playback. Really starting to question why I paid for this service.

I've also been having problems. When I'm watching something the video would stop and buffer every few minutes and sometimes after a few seconds. I reset my modem and router and still had the same problem. I tried watching a show on Netflix and it worked just fine. It's like sometimes the app will work good and sometimes it won't. The last time I tried the PS3 app it would crash after 1 or 2 episodes so I gave up on it.

Still the same thing every time i try to login all way come up as The data retrieved from the request was malformed for the last two week on xbox. Also what i could tell and watch when the Xbox app was on was show called Magi that was app exclusive some how and will not work at all on PC for me. On the website there no show of Magi on it what i can find ??. Am just going on to test few thing out try fix that app on xbox 360

What country are you in? The current Magi series is licensed for North and South America, and South Africa. The first series was licensed for United States, Canada, and South Africa (per the original announcement).

None of the series on CR are app exclusive.

Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region. that what the link say, So my Xbox then was region free so i just have to wait until CR fix Xbox apps to watch it. Never know it many be other 2 week before anything done about it

If you're located outside of the regions that TAO mentioned, than CR's service is misdetecting your Xbox's location. If not, than they are misdetecting your browser's location information.

You still didn't mention which country your are in, so we don't know (as eyeofpain pointed out) whether CR's IP geolocation is detecting your computer as being in the wrong region or you XBOX. Geolocation errors work both ways; they can make shows disappear as well as give you shows you shouldn't be seeing.

On your PC, you can check if CR is detecting you are in the correct country. Go to the Contact Us page and scroll down to the bottom. Below the "Send" button, you'll see some information listed in small grey text, including "Detected country:". If that isn't correct, try logging out and logging back in and check it again.

Hey sorry am from N.Ireland part of the UK

Is ok i just go and watch the shows on other website after that last email from CR say it all they do not know what going on i did use the link Contact Us that was no help at all. No point paying for something that do not work for me. All way say the same thing every time The data retrieved from the request was malformed

CR doesn't have a license for either Magi series for the UK. The license for the series for that region are held by another company:
