Bassically I was just wondering if any of you boys/girls would know any good romantic animes i could watch ? I'll be honest as a guy I never thought I would ever like those kind of animes but one of my friend got me so hooked up into those xD i've watched Say "I love you" and Golden time and Love, chunibyo & other dilusions and I really loved them but I'm really bad at browsing for new animes x.x pretty much all animes i've watched were suggestions I received and loved all of them so far. This is my first topic ever and hopefully i'll find at least one person that will help me out a lil bit ^^ And I apologies if this kind of topic was already made ;-; (some humour in a romantic animes is always nice aswell! XD)

If you don't mind a film, 5 Centimeters per Second is a superb choice.

I always go to Myanimelist.net and just go down the list from the highest ranked to the lowest ranked. Sad thing is, finding something I HAVEN'T seen is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Yep, I also approve of that Toradora recommendation

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia and White Album 2 (you don't need to watch the first White Album, it can be watched stand alone)

And if you aren't watching it right now, watch Engaged to the Unidentified (its romance-lite so far but it really good and funny)

NANA - Greatest Romance Anime in my opinion.

Mysterious Girlfriend X - Despite unusual plot, I felt it had good aspects.

The Pet Girl of Sakurasuo - Beautiful animation, great characters.

I would recommend KyotoAni's Key visual novel adaptations Clannad+After Story, Air, Kanon (preferably the 2006 version). Right now I'm watching Kimi ni Todoke and liking it so far. You can also watch 5cm per Second.

A Bridge to the Starry Skies is a good one. It's goes under the radar of many viewers, but its one of my favorites that has not been mentioned.

I'm looking at the recommendations posted so far and I'm wondering, do you have a preference between light-hearted (Toradora / Kimi ni Todoke / Lovely Complex) and very serious/dramatic titles (True Tears / White Album 2)?

Even though they are all romance, you'll have a very different experience between the two categories.

That being said, I'll throw a couple out there (in order of light-hearted to dramatic):

Toradora - stop what you're doing and go watch it
Ano Natsu de Matteru
Lovely Complex
Kimi ni Todoke
Clannad - dramatic but not overly so
Clannad: After Story - good, but have some tissues ready (not joking)
