Just to clarify, an anime you feel deserves more viewers, not an anime that is underrated, or is that the same thing?Anyways, I think Magi and Log Horizon should get more love than they do already, they are my favorites currently.

I agree with you on Magi, and I think shows like Baccano or Jojo's Bizarre Adventure could use some more love. Black Rock Shooter DEFINITELY needs more recognition, though.

From this last year, Gatchaman Crowds and Kyousougiga.

Probably "Problem Children..." too. It's a crime how little attention that got.

Blue Exorcist, but the Japanese dub. The English dub enrages me.

Baccano! (watch it in English), Cromartie High School (Pleeaase watch it in English), Kyousougiga, Scrapped Princess, Welcome to the NHK, and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei all come to mind as deserving of more fans than they appear to have, in my mind.

Cowboy bebop already has tons of love. I was never under the impression that magi needed more love, it seems like it's in a decent place. Good fan base and plenty of episodes with more to come. I'm glad magi doesn't have a ton of ravaging fans and elitists like some other shows out there. I love magi by the way.

I want to say Ergo Proxy, but I feel like most anime fans just don't get it, and that's why it's not huge already.

Maybe Samurai Champloo and Claymore? Oh and Nichijou for sure.

I feel like even if those shows had 1000 more episodes I'd watch them, and yet there's hardly any love for them at conventions anymore. I saw 1 claymore at Otakon last year, and none at Anime Expo. You'd think girls would eat that right up.

Nichijou (My Ordinary Life). KyoAni's forgotten gem who happens to be really funny.
My Mental Choices ... (NouCome). I dunno about about you but this hit my sense of humor on the head.
Gosick. Really stylish mystery series. Plus Victorique is a great character.
The Idol Master. If you watch one 'idol' anime in your lifetime, I hope it's this one.

Karas - Most definitely!!!

Kannazuki no Miko - Ditto for yuri fans.

Casshern Sins - Another classic by Tatsunoko.

Samurai 7 - Gotta love Kurosawa.

Guyver - Nuff said.

Tekkaman Blade - Awesomeness all the way around.

Legend of Black Heaven - Like Karas, an underrated gem.

I feel that Detective Conan should receive more love from oversea fans. I know that its popularity is huge in Japan(DC's generally ranked within top 5 highest rated anime in weekly basis in Japan, above One Piece a rank regularly) but in the other side of the world there's hardly anyone mentioned or even heard of it especially new anime fans(me included).

Wait. Nichijou doesn't have many fans? I had no idea. Add that to my list as well then, because it's great.

Saiunkoku Monogatari. One of the genres listed under this series is reverse harem, so that might turn some people off, but there's hardly any actual romance plot (it's just an underlying plot throughout the series). And it's not a series where all of the male characters surrounding the lead female (since this is reverse harem) fall in love with her like a lot of harem and reverse harem animes. Romance is not taken that frivolously in this series. (I suppose it is characterised as reverse harem due to the ratio of female to male characters?)
There's a lot about politics and other interesting stuff, and I personally think the plot is really well-developed and shallow. I like it because of the depth of the plot and the characters (not just a few characters, but most of the characters actually had some character development).

Hmm well Detective Conan is quite an old anime, and is a series i've known since i was young. So maybe the hype for it isn't like the other series' but it has a strong and steady fanbase in japan. I guess perhaps it is assumed that people would know of Detective Conan (well at least in Japan), so not a lot of people talk about it? I understand what you mean though, that series is hardly brought up. Actually for me I have known it for so long it hardly feels like the other animes out there - I dont know if you get what I mean
