Dude, you may not think its half, but the percentage increases everyday I know that because im on this forum regularly, This is ridiculous until I get my new internet I have to watch it on my ipod/android device but 95& of my problems are from crunchyroll no doubt about that, you can no longer defend them come up with any ridiculous response you want, it doesn't change that crunchyroll has been messing up a lot lately, and that they have piss poor developers for the console apps.

While only 4% of dissatisfied customers complain and tell an average of 9 to 15 people about their experiences, happy customers tend to tell only 4 to 6 people about those positive experiences, so you have to take all those facts into consideration when making such claims. source

I wish I could find a statistic about how many satisfied customers don't say a word.

There is nothing you can say or post that can persuade me, fact is crunchyroll has more money than the illegal streaming sites, and its THEIR servers that are garbage, compared to everyone else that is a fact and there is no arguing that. Say what you want, thats not going to change the situation at all.

I've experienced most of the problems mentioned above, but most recently, it seems the videos don't buffer on the PS3 app. I'd start up an episode, get excited because it works (side note: I shouldn't be excited that something I am paying for is working properly), and then after two seconds it would freeze. After a few more seconds, it would play, and then freeze again. If I pause it and wait, it would run for a few minutes straight, but only for the length of time I paused it - this would imply I would have to load a video, pause it for 20 minutes, and try to watch it. After a few more start-and-stops, I'd get fed up and either switch devices, or watch something on Netflix instead (which would be working fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not my connection that has the issue.) Has anyone else experienced this?

That is my exact problem with the app, I'm no longer using that app, the app on ps4 is a lot more better but im getting my internet upgraded 12mbps on Wednesday, and if the app on ps4 still doesn't work then im cancelling my subscription I have no problem doing so.

I guess I'm lucky since I've been using the app for quite a while and had no freezes, lags or buffering problems at all yet. It's working much better than on PC which pauses to buffer all the time.
Only problem now is that "unable to load" message, but it's for everyone and a problem of its own anyway.
