What do you do when you're really really sad?
Posted 3/10/14
One of these things: listen to music, go for a walk, watch TV, watch anime, have a laugh, cry, eat fast food, if nothing helps; go to sleep.

I would swallow down my sadness and trap it inside under lock and key...but then it starts to hurt me inside the more I think about it...so I just end up doing choice number 1. After that, I'm fine.

Drive down the beach, sit in the back of the pickup bed and stare at the stars and ocean

Sleep. If you're sad, chances are your dreams will be better. Even if it's a nightmare, at least it's a different emotion.

Cry, cry, cry and cry a lot more because I'm a huge baby. I'd listen to some music too.

Refuse to acknowledge it and stare at the wall or go work out. Probably not the healthiest reaction in the world, but it works pretty well most of the time.

When I'm devastated or inconsolable about something i'll try and deny any sad feelings
but when that doesn't work i'll usually stay in my room and not go anywhere for a few days, not eat much,
stare at the wall, play video games etc
