When I try and watch something in fullscreen in 1080p and 720p, the video is too big and too small respectively. Is there any way for me to fix this?

What do you exactly mean too big and too small...? Does the screen go beyond your aspect ratio (aka, most of the image is off screen)? Fill me with the details!

I threw together something, hopefully it'll make my issue make more sense

My resolution is 1600 x 900 pixels, so usually when I watch things in fullscreen cr will re-scale the video to fit my screen, but recently (I don't know exactly when, maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago) when I watch a video in 1080p it'll look like this

And in 720p it looks like this

Note how in 1080 the subtitles get cut off, and how in 720 the video only takes up the top left corner of the screen. Also, when I try and put it in fullscreen in 720p, the video will freeze. It still plays in fullscreen at 1080p.

Fullscreen works in SD and HQ (480p), and all resolutions work out of fullscreen (albeit with a lot of stuttering in 1080p because my ISP is terribad, but that's a different problem)

First of all, if your resolution is only 1600 x 900, there's no point watching it in 1080P. The resolution you watch videos at equals to the resolution your display can handle. If your display isn't 1920 x 1080 (at least), you're not getting 1080P quality.

Second, do you use a Mac or a Windows PC? There has been a report of this going on for Mac users and supposedly a fix is in the works.

I figured since it scaled it down to 1600 x 900 it still be better than scaling up from 1280 x 720, but that's not the real issue here

Anyways, I'm on PC, and my browser is chrome (not sure if that makes a difference)

Also, totally unrelated, but sometimes when I'm watching an episode it'll just stop and start the next episode countdown

Hmmm....My browser is also chrome while also being on PC and I'm not experiencing any of this....are you sure you didn't change your resolution by mistake? That can sometimes be the cause. One of the staff said that if you enable subtitle smoothing, then it'll go away (not sure if that's true or not though that was mainly for Mac users). Most of these issues apparently are coming from the ones who have a 2K display as well. So, I have no idea why you're experiencing this :/.

I'M EXPERIENCING THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM. All of yesterday and pretty much all of today, I've been unable to watch episode 142 of Naruto Shippuden because the episode will just completely skip to the end. The only reason it's skipping to the next episode for you is because you have Autoplay enabled. If you turn that off, instead of skipping to the next episode, the episode will just completely end, showing the replay option and everything. This is a recurring problem for CR though. I'm not sure if you've heard, but there's a lot of users (including myself) who have been experiencing, lag, freezing, episode skipping, etc. for quite some time now. Updates to the flash player (and possibly to the servers) are planned to be rolled out by the end of Q1 (end of March essentially) to fix these problems.
