What would they do if they had Engrish in an English dub? For example, in one episode of Chuunibyou Rikka speaks Engrish and the teacher tests if she actually understands it. How would they dub it?

They change it from English to French or Spanish most commonly.

I've seen a lot of Shakespeare quotations and references.

They also tend to keep it as is, but change it to Grammar class instead of English, which keeps the same tone but loses the foreignness.

In the most awkward of cases, they pretend everybody is speaking Japanese, and move forward as it was never wrong.

I've heard there's some funny ones in Evangelion. Like Asuka yelling at Shinji for thinking in Japanese when she has her Eva set to German, so she resets it to Japanese, while the whole time they're talking in English.

The only time I heard Engrish in a dub is by Japan in Hetalia, and that was intentional seeing how every country is speaking with the accent of their respective nation.
