i eat food... and try not to just eat "snacks" all the time..

I dont take supplements... a few Cuties or tangerines is about all i intake on daily basis.... in-terms of healthy like food with vitamins and such..

i probably should get a multivitamin... ehh..

These are things i might regret 30 years from now if i dont get taken out by the most minuscule day to day type things by then..

I eat cereal and milk almost every day, so calcium I guess. My reason is because it taste really good and it's super easy to make.

My usual foods:
-Fish of all kinds but not shellfish
-Onion, garlic, spinach, green onion, cabbage
-Red meat
-Egg

I actually don't eat rice or noodles as often now, usually I opt to have soup instead. My breakfast is trash but I usually make up for it with a nice dinner. I prefer to cook my own food and I have Japanese food very often. I like to make sushi and other things.

I have caffeine every day, so I'm trying to take a multivitamin 1-3 times a week due to its calcium-depleting properties.

I have not been getting much physical activity lately so I'm keeping my daily calorie intake at about 1500-1800.

D: Oh man... I told myself I would start eating healthier but this plan hasn't kicked in yet. I always have rice with every meal. I should cut down on useless carbs lol. I also eat a lot of meat. I eat at least 2 kinds of fruits a day, so I at least I have that going for me. And I eat as much vegetables as there is available during the meal lol (I don't cook, so I heavily rely on my parents/boyfriends cooking.. but if they have a vege dish in the meal, I try to eat more of that dish rather than the meat and rice).

Yeah... my diet isn't very favorable. I am slowly in the process of changing it.

When I first get up, I take baking soda in water to ward off gout, then a scoop of Muscle Milk because even though I'm not hungry, the body needs something (preferably protein within 30 minutes of waking up). A snack usually happens a couple or few hours later, and a 300-400 cal meal after that (somewhere around 4 or 5 pm). At this point I take two fish oil capsules, some fiber pills, and a multivitamin formulated for athletes. Then I scarf a banana about an hour after that. By that point, I usually have enough carb loading to make it through combat training without crapping out, then two scoops of Muscle Milk immediately after that. A giant salad a couple hours before bed, some more baking soda, and probably Nutella on a cracker. Possibly a greek yogurt right before bed.

That's the core, anyway. Other stuff will make random appearances. Sunflower seeds, beef jerky, pastas, and so forth. Once a week I pig out on sushi, usually on a rest day. Once every few weeks I also pig out on barbecue.

I need to start working on regulating my eating habits again. I've been surviving off of one full meal a day for almost a month now due to my being so busy that I forget to eat anything... Really bad, I know.. It must be part of the reason why I'm getting constant headaches and feeling so low on energy..

Well, my mom is a nutrition freak, so I normally take a shitload of supplements as well as have a very healthy diet (all organic and whatnot). I don't even know what all supplements I take, I'd have to ask her to find that out.

Sugar and Milk are my primary nutrition elements. Sweets are best food. =w=
Seriously, I rarely eat healthy food, never eat vegetables, and this will never change.

I eat a lot of pastas because they're versatile and easy to make. Not the "healthiest" food out there, but hey. Also a lot of meat (primarily beef, chicken, and seafood). Breakfast is usually eggs or Cheerios.

Not gonna lie, I'm not big on veggies. I hardly eat any. I like celery, and I can make a nice green bean soup, but other than that, I don't really fancy the green stuff. Trying to incorporate more veggies into my pastas, so I can mask their flavor a bit. I do toss some carrots and broccoli in a soup if I think about it.

If you consider corn a vegetable, I eat a lot of that. But it's not really the best vegetable.

I do eat a lot of fruit. There's always at least a few kinds of fruit in my kitchen. I don't have any kind of "junk food" - I rarely eat snacks at all. When I do want a snack, I either have a piece of fruit of some cheese. (I do love cheese.)

No supplements. I don't need any.

You're just a strong believer in the Warrior Diet!

Anywho, since I'm allergic to most every time type of seafood, I'm taking fish oil daily. I really wish I wasn't though, I loved fish before the allergy came into existence.

Other than the preworkout stuff and things of that nature, only other supps I take are a multivitamin and melatonin.

I need to add a greens product though, I don't eat as much as I should. Carbs and meat are just always tastier and more attractive options.
