@nova i remember that Hamtaro.. i actually bought a hamster because of that tv show. They are not quiet as fun as i was lead to believe but i did like to feed him by hand.

@pistol its alright as time passes we all forget about anime, i couldn't count the anime's iv watched i was always fascinated with them. The way they depict a story, the bound you create with an anime, and that 1-2 anime's that defines most anime fans childhood. I think my defining anime was Tenchi Muyo and Graveyard of the firefly's. I watched anime on tv but i lived near a library with a huge selection of anime and manga which i enjoyed.

Out of the list the only one i haven't seen is Noragami.

Noragami is excellent! It's ongoing right now, I'm really enjoying it! And dang y'all are listing some good anime!!! Keep em coming! Pet peeve "Heavens lost property" isn't right, the real name is "Sora No Otoshimono" the American version sucks in my opinion lol

has anyone else seen psycho pass? and what in the blue blazes is this Noragami and what is it about?
Because it seems rather interesting.

@ Losing Hope. I confess i did the same thing as well. even sunk as low as naming it Hamtaro. -rubs back of neck- however it was quite fun to watch him roll around in his hamster ball. And I recall Tenchi Mouyo is actually one i had just stumbled upon non too long ago. I am currently wondering why it took me this long to find it, because it is so funny.

Names Steven but you can call me Dark ^_^. I started watching anime when I was little when Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, and Gundam were being aired on TV (Long time ago). Now i'm 18 and a Senior in HS watching and reading Anime/Manga, while still playing video games and trying to enjoy the last three months of HS left .

Nice to meet you all and hope we can all get along.

My favorite Anime's would be
Fairy Tail
Bleach
Gundam
Rurouni Kenshin

Ouran High School Host Club
Clannad
Angel Beats

I'll stop there xD.

It was an excellent anime for its time. I prefer the more modern anime design over the past I like the fine lines. But yes I got the hamper as a child. Named it "yo"

Welcome Wolfie!
Iv heard of love Ru and I actually want to watch it but I haven't gotten a chance. While I cannot count all the anime's iv watched (been A LOT) but I do have 30 series on my expansion drive for my PC. I travel a lot and like to have a collection to watch while on the move. Its hard tho. I try to find series I think I'll like that way I have something new but I always end up watching them lol.

Yes I have them but my phone company charges an extra $40 a month for streaming. Which is insane. I have unlimited 4g but the moment I bump a play video button my bill goes up $40.
It happened once and I they tried to charge me for it. I had them disable streaming.

To be honest I probably prefer dub. I do enjoy sub tho and I love sub. It get to see everything as it airs not months later if never.

Only reason I prefer dub tho is I can lay in bed and watch it without having to sit near my TV to read it with my glasses (I never wear them anyways) but yes. Dub is frowned upon here lol. I don't know why tho. Its normally a purity argument.

Way I see if you want purity either read the manga or learn Japanese you lose a lot more in translation from Japanese to English then sub to dub.

You have sprint right?? They are the only ones with unlimited and super expensive! I've got an iPhone 5S and 10 gb of data and mostly am on wifi so I can watch as long as I can keep my phone charged. Also I've heard good things about To love Ru, I would like to watch it!

No, i dont have Sprint. I have C-spire (formally Cellular South) but they run on both Sprint and Verizon's network. i normally watch all my anime on my tv (hooked threw HDMI) or on my tablet but i enjoy the tv more.

Streaming was free before they changed names but they had a big problem with people tethering there pcs to there phones since they do not have a data cap and at the time didnt charge for tethering/my-fi

Well pretty much the same thing lol but I typically watch on my iPad and my Xbox via crunchyroll, Kissanime.com, or the internet browser on my xbox. It all works on the iPad and xbox and my iPhone.
