I've always (as long as I've known what anime is) wanted a fighting game with characters from diffrent animes.
It's easier for us to get it if they release it outside of Japan.

Indeed, but the amount of copyrights and money too put in to make it here and translate everything some compagnies might not think its, worth

I also agree, it'd be great if this could get a worldwide release, if they see there's enough interest they might make it available.

I believe that it is already gonna come to the states regardless of the petition, every anime/manga on there already has crossed over to america. on another note, I have the Japanese version and man is it sweet. some characters are OP like kenshiro.

I can see a sub-alone version coming over, if it had a chance. But I don't think it has a chance. D.O.N, Jump Superstars and Ultimate Stars were on infinitely more popular platforms and had less localization hurdles, i.e. voice acting, laundry list of licenses.

I can't see this happening at all
First the amount of copyrighting they would have to do, they would have to do separate ones for EU and then another set for NA.
Secondly we haven't ever gotten a game like this before which shows the sum chance
