My "guest pass" page, over the past few days, has gone backwards. The countdown went from showing I will receive a guest pass in 1 day, to today, to in 1 day, to in 2 days, to in 3 days, etc. I already contacted Crunchyroll a week ago to say I had not received a guest pass at the appropriate time, but got no answer. I want it to go from saying "You will receive your next Guest Pass in 9 days." to "You will receive your next Guest Pass in 21 days." and receive the guest pass I didn't before. Make sure it's counting down from 21, not going backwards.

In the meantime, does anyone know why it could happen or seen it before? How long does Crunchyroll take to answer after using "Contact"? It's not a problem they have to upgrade, due to many users, or involving money, so I hoped it would be quick, but it's been over a week.

I've had the same problem with the guest pass count before. Not a clue what causes it, but the count switched over on me like it did on you, then the skipped pass eventually did arrive later.

Support's usually quite quick to respond.. did you get the standard auto-response to the contact submission?

Unrelated, but I have a spare pass right now - I can PM it to you for now if you need it for someone, then you can PM me your skipped pass when it arrives if you'd like.

It was the first time I used "Contact Us" so I don't know if it should, but nothing about it appeared by auto-response in my inbox. If you mean an auto-response on the page to say my message was received, I don't remember it all; though it was a week ago, I think it said my message was sent, would be seen to more quickly as I was a premium member, etc., but I'm not sure.

How far backward did your count get to? Did someone say they fixed it, or did it reset after a month, etc?

Also, thanks, but I don't need a guest pass right now. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'll try to think of something.

The standard auto-response should arrive in your email at the address you have associated with your CR account. If it's not there, check your spam folder.

Yeah, I found it. There was also one about my problem that didn't mention how to fix my "guest pass" page going backwards, and I'm going to have to think carefully about what he meant and what I should do in response.
