Kind of hard to get a romance fix without some geometry. There are some slice of life shows like Servant x Service and Silver Spoon that have a little one on one romance mixed in, but most romcoms are going to have more than one love interest.

Is it a love triangle? It's a complete harem, with more and more girls getting added.
. But it's a fun story if you enjoy school comedies, since it's what the manga mostly focuses on most of the time.

My opinion on disliking love triangles: Romance without multiple love interests are not likely to flourish to their bests. Maybe it will if you just have a very great group of friends to help you out, but even then I don't think the romance will fully start without a love rival jumping in, forcing their rival, the main-heroine(or hero if it's a typical shoujo),to realize their feelings and make a move.
