I just read a lot of chapters before I watched episode 5 ..

but you know I enjoy watching these early development of Ei-chan and cracking up at his newbiness like his first serve I loved the build up of the music... I was laughing so much!!! ... but compared to what he is in where I am reading ...Oh yeah... I cant wait for those get animated. I really like this sports anime so much .Its bring a big smile to face and cheers me up.

But I am going to stop reading where I am at and wait for more material to come up becuase I hate sports cliffhangers more than in any anime genre out there.

Just finished watching the episode...
ha ha ha and they didnt finish the set in this episode lol

That is possibly the closest thing I could have thought of, even has the sport itself bores me, the show just makes it so goood!
I really do wonder if Ei-chan can swing back a 5-1 lead....even if he loses, that is a major upset to bring it back to 5-5! with this and Haikyu, I have my fill of loveable sports shows this season, (including Yowapeda, but that is a leftover from the previous)

Episode 5

Wow, that was great. The pacing was excellent. I am cheering for Eiichirou and I did notice that he improved.

I like how they explained some of the mechanics behind tennis tournaments too. But seriously, that was great. The OST was decent too. I hope Eiichirou can make a big comeback~

I was so into it that I was surprised when the credits started. It felt so short, but I am definitely enjoying it. It would be nice if he could somehow make a comeback, but I won't be too disappointed if he doesn't. I just like seeing him try his best.

well Ei -chans opponent Oobayashi Ryo current #5 seed of Kanagawa prefecture has figured it out already and so we know whats going to happen next but the coach has a reason why he made him compete with only 4 months of learning tennis.

Got to love those newbie serves man. I do serve like that but with a lesser arc ha ha ha

It sounds like that song is made for the anime at least the Op wont change , same thing for Ace of Diamond. It took me a few times before I got into the song.

ahhh 135

That might be a good season ending .I do wish this title gets adapted more into an anime .

Its just a wonderful tennis adventure of Ei-chan... I know he is not a very "cool " character but its almost up to par to Hikaru no Go's characters and I thought that one did well although the later has much deeper characters and story. However Eiichiro's character is quiet engaging as well and you cant help root for him as the story goes on.

please Studio Pierrot ... make it happen

and I do hope the manga sales do really good for this one.

I enjoy this since the main character is adorable. Even more adorable than Hinata from Haikyu

Been a while in an anime since I was so completely engrossed in the episode that I didn't realize it was ending until the credits showed up. Commend anyone who has managed to stop themselves from reading the manga. Its funny Ei-chan's serve form looks ok but then he does that high arcing serve.
