Hello. I would just like to also mention that I cannot use my Ps3 to access the crunchy roll app. Is there an time frame that I can expect this to be resolved?

Thursday it was working fine, but Friday it stopped and I've had this issue since. I'd really like to enjoy my shows as this is the only streaming service I use nowadays. Any idea when this will be resolved or what the issue is?

This is pretty dumb I've been on forums from a few days ago where CR has stated that they have fixed the problem and that the app should be fine now and yet a good percentage of us paying customers still have zero access.

This is freaking stupid. We pay to use there app that already crashes frequently, and now the app doesn't even work. there also seems to be no acknowledgement from the Crunchyroll staff about this problem. All I want is a post on the home page saying "sorry, the Crunchyroll app on the PS3 is experiencing some problems. Staff are currently looking into the problem and will most likely be fixed by the end of the day".

This problem started happening for me, today. Tried powercycling my console, uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Nada. After reinstalling, can't even log back anymore. I just get some blank error.

Happened to me a few hours after midnight(2-3amish). Was out the whole day so it's possible to have happen sooner. CR Support has already posted a responds a few hours back, but even then people are still complaining...

i think the reason people are still complaining is because the response was in the middle of another topic about this that is very easy to miss in the sea of complaints.. for example i didn't actually even know someone responded about it until you posted this ( thanks btw )

there'd probably be a lot less complaining if they actually made a sticky topic regarding the issue but i digress on that matter as to not seem rude.

That list also doesn't mention the OUYA, or Samsung or Panasonic smart TVs. The links at the bottom of each page are not meant to be a comprehensive device list, this is:

For that I understand. But there are some people who post even after knowing that they're trying to fix is a few hours prior. If CR hasn't given a responds days/weeks/YEARS on progress, you guys have every right to complain. Heck, I'll even join you guys!
