well for the more natural approach, you can rub a small amount of olive oil on your skin. Leave it on for 5 minutes ( or longer if needed) then wash it off with warm water.

I have EXTREME eczema, to the point where water dries out my skin.

In order to combat this, I use organic petroleum jelly about 3 times a day. I shower for 10 minutes max under luke warm water and found that Cetaphil Skin Cleanser is the only cleanser that works, aside for some random organic soaps that I use as well.

Coconut oil. Use it after a shower as a moisturizer on your face, and I haven't had acne since I have used it, and no more dry skin

The op is on vacation till next month? lol! anyway, I've experienced a lot with skin problems such as these in the past, and the best remedy of all was: sleeping more time, it really works and even cures acne, but it's also important to drink water, before going to sleep I always get a bottle near the bed just in case (not drinking for 8-10 hours is bad), also drinking a glass or 2 before going to bed is quite effective, even though most likely you'll wake up in the mid of the night hearing the nature's call, but it's still worth it. The perfect daily dose of water for any person of any age and gender is 3 liters, or even more if you did phisical activity during the day (such as sports or work), not all at once of course but during the whole day, from the very first moments when you wake up too, a good glass doesn't hurt.

Try this: for a week sleep 10 hours a day and drink more water than you usually do, you'll see a lot of difference.

Take lukewarm showers and when drying off dab skin with towel, don't scrub or you'll dry your skin quickly. Also, for scalp care I would advise to never use Head and Shoulders. Ever since using their product for "Scalp renewal" my scalp dried up to the point that it will not take moisture no matter what I do. It's a quick way to go bald for sure. Now, I could be a rare case, but I just thought I would share.

Jumping into a lake helps. Especially with clothes on since they absorb the water.

Colonial Dames viamin E oil or cream. Spread it on before you sleep each night and you never have to worry about dryness again. It's cheap, very concentrated so a little goes a long way, especially the oil and...it works. No need for any weird fancy stuff.
