Last Thoughts Before Leaving High School
Posted 3/20/14
Well guys, I'm a senior and these last three weeks have been hard as hell for me because I was trying my best to keep my grades to the way they are right now and honestly I can say that I am proud of myself.

I'm on spring break for the moment since I have next week off from school and since I got off, I've been thinking my last thoughts about my graduation. This also means that I might not have any friends to associate myself with after high school, and I do not know if this is a good feeling.

I graduate in June at the Citizens Bank Arena and next month then May are my final months of high school. So now that I've told you my story, what do you guys think about graduation or leaving to universities after high school? Have you guys ever lost any friends you were close to the most or found their true colors?

If so, state your opinions on here. I have been feeling alone but I'm not depressed if that is what you guys are thinking. I am just trying to tell who are my real friends are right now.

I'm scared to graduate but at the same time I want to go to college already. Of course I'll probably lose contact with a lot of people, and friends will change, but there's always new people to meet at college, which is what I'm excited for. And yeah, I'm kinda losing my friend who's in college right now, her friends there are really changing her..

She's doing things that she wouldn't normally do, or anyone would ever think she does. Things that I don't particularly like.

Yeah I get what you mean, she must be easily influenced by her "friends" or they are putting to much pressure on her. Almost every teenager does this.

In my situation(Just so ya'll know Im a drop out so it will differ) You tend to stay close to your best friends and no so much with the people that you weren't that close with so it's all up to you about how you go about keeping in touch with all your friends. And on the topic of who your real friends are, who do you spend the most time with, who are you willing to go out of your way to hang out with, who do you think actualy knows who you are, who shows you real appreiation, ect... Also i've been there to really confused about who is my actual friend and I think one of the best things that tells who is a good friend who is easy to talk to about anything. Hope this helps

To be honest I didn't really care. I mean sure I felt the feels a little on graduation day since I knew I wouldn't see my friends as much but ya move on and make new ones. It's part of life. I do miss them though.

I've been in there for so long I don't know how to live in the outside world anymore.

"So glad to be out of this hellhole"

I wasn't bullied or anything; i was just bored of it. every year doing the same things, over and over and over.
It drives an artistic person like me crazy.

it was so annoying how most people freaked out over the final exams... it's not the end of the world if you don't pass... ffs.

“Free at last, Free at last, Thank God almighty we are free at last.” (by MLK)

I got real tired of it. I wanted to meet new people and wanted to pick my own classes.
