Senior in Highschool ATM.

I'm glad I'm graduating but at the same time kinda sad. I look back at what could I have done that I wish I could have done now (started Breakdancing earlier, Sports, Clubs). But you know what! I can do that when I graduate anyways in college. I'm just waiting to see whose going to be my friends still after HS and whose not.

"Most of you people I will never see, or hear from again. And I thank god for this." said this over the intercom. Was a good day.

This also means that I might not have any friends to associate myself with after high school, and I do not know if this is a good feeling.

All of my friends to different schools, so I can relate. I'm hardly a social person, and there was certainly some worry that I wouldn't meet anyone at my University. If you want to stay in touch with your friends, you can. In fact, I probably talk to one of my friends even more often now that we're away from each other. I'm still incredibly close with my best friend from high school, and I'v grown just about as close with another of my friends. I still talk to my other friends from time to time, but our relationships have hardly changed.

As for meeting people, it's hard to describe. I've been lonely a couple times, but for the most part I'm more than happy here (I live on my own). I've met a few people that I'm friendly with from time to time. When we see each other at the dinning hall we may grab lunch or dinner together and talk for a little while, but we'll part ways after. My best suggestion to you would be to try and find some clubs or RSOs that you're interested in. I joined up with the Anime club here, and I met a few people that way. I generally only see them at club, but we get along well and may start hanging out outside of our meetings in the near future.

Meeting people really comes down to whether or not you're willing to put in the effort. If you really want to make friends, then strike up conversations, find ways to get involved, and make yourself available. In my experience, most people are open to conversation and will want to talk with you. Your university experience is what you make it.

Best of luck!

I left early for personal reasons.

what went through my head?
'forget you helpless guys then. i'll graduate in my own time one way or another'

its been a year and i'm about to take that step.
i'll never give up and will never take a test for an 'education' thing.

My last thought was "I'm free. I am no long being held against my will." I didn't like being suck behind a desk all day. The only thing fun there was JROTC.

Truth be told at first i thought of nothing but getting out of high school because everything seemed so boring. Heck, i even went and graduated early but now looking back at it..I kinda miss the days me and friends would get scolded in class haha. I've lost a lot of friends but not all of them and i'm sure i'll make more soon.

Dropped out, and all I can say is that life is bliss now.
Hated school. Hated my classmates. Wanted my teachers to drop dead. Don't know if it's just that I had bad luck in schools I had to go to, but my entire life in school was spent with those thoughts, and so I felt extreme happiness when I got out.

As for friends, this guy explained it pretty well:

In my situation(Just so ya'll know Im a drop out so it will differ) You tend to stay close to your best friends and no so much with the people that you weren't that close with so it's all up to you about how you go about keeping in touch with all your friends. And on the topic of who your real friends are, who do you spend the most time with, who are you willing to go out of your way to hang out with, who do you think actualy knows who you are, who shows you real appreiation, ect... Also i've been there to really confused about who is my actual friend and I think one of the best things that tells who is a good friend who is easy to talk to about anything. Hope this helps

"You guys just lost the chance to become friends with me. Meh, it doesn't matter anyway. I hated you all,"

I've never been bullied, I've just been called a weirdo and no one wanted to be my friend xD
But, I've got my 2 friends that I've known for a pretty long time, so I'm good!
