Yeah. It is a comic. I remember seeing it in a book store.

I remember loving the cartoon as a kid, more would be great! Especially Salamandastron.

I have long harbored a desire to see the full Harry Potter series turned into an anime. It will probably never happen, but hey... I can dream lol.

Eh, I'll just go with Sword of Truth but only if they adapt it faithfully unlike the TV series that butchered a good chunk of it with season 2.

Sounds interesting.

What about The Hobbit?

And the Hobbit too. Anything out of the Tolkien Universe would be cool to see adapted into an anime.

I've always thought 'The Wheel of Time' was screaming for some sort of adaptation. Of course, it's too long, but hey, a girl can dream.

Against the fall of the Night, let's put something epic and weird in there. The storyline would totally work in an anime though.

Alternatively, Startide Rising. Some elements are less right, but it has way more action and craziness. They might have to cut out the dolphin sex though.

(edit: I realize my first choice is kind of obscure, here's some info; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Against_the_Fall_of_Night)

Edit: Also, I'd like to see them try Earthsea again. The first one wasn't great, but it's worth another shot.

I'd like to see the Inheritance Cycle made into an anime, anything but that cringe worthy Eragon movie. *cringes to death*

The Garrett P.I. books. They're pretty run of the mill hard-boiled detective stories, but they're a lot of fun. Plus it's set in a fantasy universe, so yeah -----> anime. Think if Raymond Chandler had played DnD.

Well my internet shot down my first idea so here is my second try.

There is really fun Hard Sci-Fi book called The Prince also know as Falkenberg's Legion series By Jerry Pournelle and S. M. Stirling (mostly Jerry Pournelle's work) Its really is that the cold war ended in USA and USSR looking at the world then relizeing they could just rule it and force everyone comply make this thing called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CoDominium and this is the back drop for a fun early space colony era plot in which you have it all FTL is possible so its a pretty having worlds for the wars instead of mechs and space fights. Good plot and really is a fun ride.

That'd be great too, kind of dark in places, but great.

Edit: Hell well we're talking about that Era, Dragonriders of Pern is a series of books I kind of hate, but damn it would make a great anime.
