After rummaging my belongings I came across an Ikea product book, as I flip through the pages I came across the bookmarked page; the image of the TV table was still burning radiantly in my head. Ikea’s tortuous self help center was where the object was stored, but in 3 parts, we at that time thought it was only one part(they even separate them into different sections of the store), sadly we were gullible enough to suffice with the mere numbers given to us on those treacherous little tags. Needless to say our hopes were crushed and after 3 more trips (once a week since the trip there takes 1 AND A HALF FREAKIN HOURS!!!) In where we continue our obligatory efforts (we had already built one half and if we wanted to return it we would have to disassemble and repackage everything). when we were done I had vowed never to set foot into another Ikea till they fix the self-help so that a person with down syndrome and missing limbs can operate things there(yes we are really stupid at following plain and simple directions) the only highlight I had in the article was that I obtained a small, plastic, light-up spoka which I fondly(if this was portal it would be the companion cube) named Taylor for no obvious reasons other than the fact that I have an obsessive fetish with naming everything that has a face(I even take the time to name my pokemon on diamond).
Sitting here pondering where we had gone wrong, my simple question is has anyone ever run into trouble with the self-help or in any case Ikea at all?
(Hopefully you had a better experience than I did)

I've never been to Ikea, but I've heard good things about it...like it's fun and how it's fun to play in the different rooms. My friends say it's like it's own Disneyland "land."

I don't know.

Ikea is "unknown" to most people. Anyways, I haven't been to Ikea since there is only one Ikea in the outskirts of a state where I live, and only my father goes there. But my question is, how is it different from Home Depot? Do they sell the same "stuff"?

they sell some of the same "stuff" but they have alot more furniture then "do it yourself" stuff like better beds and all, plus they have those mini-model rooms which are pretty cool

Wait, I remember going to some model rooms when I was in Illinois, Ive been to Ikea then! We went to Ikea when we looked for wooden floors, and they had these little section where there are the kinds of floors so that you'll be able to know and such. Thanks hawtdawggy for letting me remember! But I could be wrong. XD
