Ok, lets sort this out:
1. Assume that Anime girls are like Japanese girls.
2. Assume that Japanese girls are like Anime girls and are shy.
Question: Why aren't American girls shy like Japanese girls?
Answer: Assuming the previous two statements are true, the answer would be because they aren't Japanese girls.

Well my friend, first I think you have some grammar errors, so it makes it a bit difficult to understand what you're asking. If what you're asking though, is why girls in America aren't shy like Japanese girls, then I don't really see the point b/c they're American girls and should act like American girls. It would probably have to do with the cultural differences and ideologies that differ between both countries.

One such difference I noticed is that American girls are more liberal and are not as chained to past social norms, while in Japan there are still places that reflect the ideal Japanese girl as more modest and pure.

Of course the world is always changing and not all girls are stereotyped the way people view them as, regardless of their nationalities or race.

Well, I had a neighbor from Japan one time, and she explained to me that certain appearances of female anime characters were making fun of American girls and how they looked. and that makes sense to me, because 1) over exaggerated boob size, (not very common to petite statistics of Japan) and 2) The giant eyes!

Excuse me, but America is a multicultural society.

It is not white only, nor has it been, nor will it ever be.

Anime characters are cartoons, but if we want to be honest - yes, their coloring (hair/eyes) is more "white", and if they're drawn more realistically, many a time they are drawn with features that are more "Caucasian" than "Asian".

And one last thing, Caucasian does not only mean "white". Race is based upon features, NOT skin color.

You DO know that America is a multicultural society, right? Filled with people of ALL races, ALL colors, ALL features? Right, right?

^ I was originally going to reply, but I decided not to.

Anyhow, the girls on America aren't as feminine as Japanese girls. They're equally as shy, trust me.

Girls on North America + Defacto Feminism = Masculine/Non feminine women.

North American girls act pretty similar to Japanese girls. You have to meet the national people.

^ No offense, but you shouldn't quote your "mommy" in this case. Your mother doesn't have credibility. Her words don't have anything to back it up, even if the quote can be interpreted as generally true.

Yes, yes I see that. But what I meant was a stereotypical "Ideal", "American" girl. That's what my neighbor was referring to.
It is very multi-cultural and diverse here, especially where I live. I did not mean to look past that.
