So this is the suggestion part of the forum. This is just the problems on my PC
First of all, the video skips, it freezes then works freezes then works in short intervals that is really really frustrating.
The sound is sometimes gone. The video takes too long to load but for some reason it works faster in my phone and PS3 even though it uses the same internet. No matter what browser I use on my PC these things keep happening. I understand the you guys provide good service Cellphone and PS3 wise but what ever happened to the PC.. Other videos from other sites works fine, however. So yeah I don't think its my PC or internet. Also I've gotten really low to the point that I would watch SD when the 1080p is available and even then I get fcked over. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks guys.
And please don't say "Hurr durr why don't you just use your Cellphone or PS3 then? Hurr durr" because that isn't really the point I'm trying to make.

open
"chrome://plugins/" in your URL bar.
At the screen there should be a small 'Details' tab in the top right. Click this and it will expand details of the Flash Player.
There should be two selections, one that will read: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application
Disable that Flash player and the selection should become grey. Once you have done that, please restart Chrome and try to watch a video.

This is copy pasted from a crunchyroll worker. i had the same problem. i noticed a small improvement, and when i upgraded my pc, it works prety well now. hopefully this will fix ur problem

I always do this immediately after installing Chrome. Yet I have this problem as well.

I never use the PC site to watch because I always have similar issues (video freezing, needing to lower the quality to make it watchable, and needing to refresh the page to get the video to load).
Now I'm not looking for support on this issue, I just wanted to make it known that the OP isn't the only one who experienced this issue.

Lol. Nothing will fix these problems on the PC side of things. You're just going to have to wait until they make updates which should be fairly soon.
