lmao, way to get all offended because people didn't like (the ending of) a show you liked.

Either way, I haven't seen many but I'd say My Little Monster, Golden Time and Say "I Love You" all hover at around 8/10 for me. Clannad (only seen the first season) does too but I like it for other reasons than the romance. Same goes for Sakura no Pet na Kanojo and others, though that one was one of my favourites.

Alright, I apologize. I overreacted. At the time, I was upset that everyone seemed to be hammering Golden Time and just kind of lost it there.

Anyways, you should really see Clannad After Story. The first season of Clannad was good, but the After Story brings everything together and is amazing.

It's cool, happens to everyone. But then I suppose I see much more ecstatic praise of GT than I do disgusted criticism so it surprised me.

Otherwise I'm glad to hear that about Clannad, and will have to watch it soon then. It was the same with Little Busters! - 26 qualitatively mild episodes followed by 14 that ended up delivering in a very rewarding way.

Really? At least here on the CR forum, I'm seeing more negativity.

And how is Little Busters compared to Angel Beats?

I suppose I've been looking at the reviews section a fair amount

Even on the forum though, seems like people are mostly criticizing things they didn't like rather than just crapping on the whole thing from a distance. But that's just my own subjective and limited account.

As for LB! vs AB don't judge me, but I still haven't seen the latter. It has been sitting on my queue for ages, but other things have taken the spotlight. For Little Busters!, I wrote a noobish review about it that was a bit generous and incohesive, but I still stand by most of what I said so check it out if you're interested.

I'm seeing more and more people giving it 8s and criticizing certain aspects, so I guess it isn't too bad. At first, it felt like everyone was just shitting on it.

The reason why I haven't given Little Busters a try because people said the first season was very frustrating, but the second season is suppose to be awesome. Also people said that when compared to its predecessors Clannad and Angel Beats, it just doesn't live up. So it hasn't been a big priority of mine.

But I do want to give it a shot eventually, just so I can make it to the second season.

Okay. Well, I found that Clannad was generally superior to be honest, save in artwork, though it remains to be seen how After Story will compare to Refrain. The first season is indeed a bit frustrating, it's just not potent material for the most part and drags on for too long. I wouldn't want you to wade through it all telling yourself that Refrain will make it all worth it. Might just make it seem like a disappointment when you finally get to it.

Well, toodle-oo.

Cant help it, have to say Toradora.....Clannad was great, but good god did it make me question reality, I actually started to feel like I was within their world(prolly beacuse I was a bit more juvenile then I suppose), any show that makes me feel to that level scares me a bit, so IT was great, a must watch if you are a romance fan, but its gonna be a ride.

Now if you want cute, Chunny, hands down, S1 though...<.<

Ya, you're totally right dude.

I'm over it now lol. So I don't care if everyone says Golden Time sucked, I fucking thought it was amazing! And I'm sticking by my word.

I really liked Toradora and My Little Monster as well.

I however thoroughly enjoyed We Without Wings - its not a true Romance, but at least the MC is trying to come to terms with each of the girls who he "loves".
