Just in case you didn't know, today's music isn't as awful as you people make it out to be.

Depends on what people mean when they say 'today's music', If it's some Justin Bieber/Nicki Minaj bs then yes, I personally think it's awful. But if you're talking about the countless talented artists that probably does not get as much publicity then I'd agree with you.

I mean all of them. Does Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj make crappy generic pop music? Yes. Is One Direction a generic boy band? Yes. But The Beatles also made crappy generic pop music, and was also a generic boy band, so it's not like the past was much different.

I guess it all comes down to what you believe is good vs. bad music.

People dressing with class, and more modesty.

And also, their more reserved manners and better behavior in public.

The era where children were children and not overgrown brats, and people were not so caught up with their modern technology.

The classic Hollywood movies, where celebrities were actual stars, and the (overall) better music from the past.

Mhm. Marilyn Monroe, and Alfred Hitchcock movies. Vertigo had a great soundtrack.

Love the music from that era. And the 50's had some of the greatest fashion ever.

This. Plus if I may add:
Duels (the kinds that are about honor, such as Burr-Hamilton duel)
Musicians and bands who are actually both talented and can play instruments.(just to really emphasis your point)
pre-firearm weapons/armor
Ninjas
Honest polit- hahahaha I can't even finish that joke.
News. I mean real news. I watch the news nightly and seemingly keep asking myself "how is this news!? Who cares about some dumb iPhone app!?"
vintage cars. I would consider murdering for an original Rolls Royce Phantom or Silver Ghost.
Arcades. I spent so many quarters in my childhood.
Prices of the past. Where $100 would feed your family in groceries for at least 2-3 weeks.
True human interaction/True romance and chivalry.
Bars without children
Also wish government security could take a step back. I get it, some tragedies happened. I don't think molesting me every time I fly anywhere is helping though.
golden age of comics. Like superman and batman. Not that I don't like manga, but it's just not the same.
