1. Rage

2. Rage some more

3. Pause, take a break, and try again in a few minutes

4. Rage after trying

5. Ugh, guess it's time to watch a Youtube video

In reality I simply watch a Youtube video, although I wouldn't say there aren't times when ranging isn't involved at some point...

I mostly play RPGs so this tends to happen when I accidentally progress too far too quick. I just go back and train a bit and then kick some ass.

I don't often admit to 'getting stuck' - I'll try for a nice while before I'll give up, and usually I'm able to find the solution after a couple repeats or a little while of experimenting. If I do get seriously stuck, I'll hop onto a spoilerless guide and get the info I need. I'm not the type to really get too excited about my accomplishments, so rather than satisfaction when I finally manage to overpower an obstacle, I just feel residual frustration. What I can achieve is secondary to what I can take in: I play a game for the story or to do interesting things with the mechanics, not to win, so if I get stuck, I have no qualms about avoiding the obstacle or getting outside help, if it means getting back to what I want to be doing sooner.

I rarely get stuck after knowing how video games work
But when I do, I cry in a corner.

I usually take a minute break and do something else. Coming back after a good break, I'm usually able to beat the part I was stuck on. However if it's an RPG and I've just moved to fast without grinding, I usually backtrack and level up a good bit so I can progress further without having to grind for a little while.

I keep on playing until I succeed. I may break a few controllers in the process, but I figure shit out relatively quickly.

Retro games were some of the greatest mentors I had growing up as a gamer.

I try at it for around 20-35 minutes and then I look up walkthrough. (anyone play Duke-Nukem on the 64? I was stuck on that game forever)

I keep trying for like Another 20 minutes and if I still can't do it I take a break and play an easy game. Then jump back on that horse until I win.

Well that's obvious...

Go on an epic quest to reach the hundredth floor of Aincrad, meet a girl along the way,

depends,if its a puzzle solving/visual novel genre,i will just go through with it,and try my hardest without looking/reading at walkthrough,
if its action, fps, rpg,i will just read/watch those walkthrough in a heartbeat.in my opinion,if any 1 needed a walkthrough on a puzzle game, its best just not to play it,the reason that genre exist is for the gamer to think, use their creative thinking to progress.
