Age knows no bounds for something you love.

I know I'll continue to watch anime until I take the Stairway to Heaven..... or the Highway to Hell

Even if I do grow tired of anime I'm sure I'll come back plus I'll always have light novels and manga to enjoy since those seem to be "accepted" by society.

I hate reality tv and I don't even get interested in the newer seasons of shows I used to watch anymore... I prefer anime. I am almost 24 and I won't give it up. If people our age group or older can watch Family Guy or American Dad or Simpsons, we can watch anime. It's normal... different age groups mean nothing when it comes to something enjoyable.

I will watch anime until I die, and if there is an afterlife I will try to watch it there lol. Also TV and movies just don't interest me anymore, if I were to quit watching anime then I wouldn't know what to do anymore. Anime has made such a huge impact on my life, I'm thankful for anime <3.

I am a 22-year-old completely self-sufficient full-time employee of one of the largest corporations on the planet and I still jumped around like a crazy little baby during the final episode of Akame ga Kill.

There's growing up and then there's "growing up" - if you remove all hobbies from your life simply because you think other people woudn't approve...what do you think other people do anyway? Just sit around and hate their miserable lives? Would you rather do that instead?

I'm 19 now and I absolutely love anime. I love it so much I would have print outs of Spring, summer, fall, and winter anime charts to mark so I would watch (usually 75% of them) each without skipping any.

There's no age limit but that's a good way to burn out. Hopefully your tastes will be more discerning once you get older. I couldn't imagine looking at a season chart and identifying that many shows that I'd like to watch.

Well I'm really young so I can't speak from experience, but I do know that if you are doing what you love, your age, gender, appearance, nationality etc. never matters. I say keep watching anime. If that's what you love doing, don't be ashamed of it!

you only got one life to live, if you like something, like it and don't worry about what other people say, because they won't be there after you croak.

I started to love anime as a child, before i knew what anime was. I'd watch monster ranchers, digimon, and sailormoon on the only tv we owned that only had a few channels. now im 26 and obsessed with anime and rarely watch anything that isnt animated. I'll never stop loving anime!

i would also like to add though it's good to keep you options open. it's easier for me to say i like J-Rock because I also like Italian Rock & spanish rock. you start to realize it's not one genre of things you like, but rather the things that shine for you in any genre. it can be Anime, Discovery Channel, Cop Dramas, romance movies, whatever... you will be drawn to the people (writers, artists, actors, musicians) that resonate with you once you find them in any art form or genre, if you are able to keep an open mind.

I'm only a year younger than 19 and I still enjoy it… can't imagine myself "outgrowing " it anytime soon.

Here's how I see it. I'm a grown ass man. If I wanna watch a japanese cartoon about a bunch of teenage school girls learning how to believe in themselves or the power of friendship or whatever, then by god I'm gonna do it. And just try to stop me.
