When I first got my Apple TV, CrunchyRoll would play all the streams just fine, but for the past two months, it has been pausing to buffer the stream during a show frequently. Also, the menus at times are slow to respond. The other apps seem to work fine - HBO go, YouTube, yahoo screen and vimeo. Any suggestions? It had been the best device I had to watch the shows and makes me debate whether to continue my membership.

Hello, I'm also experiencing frequent buffering which seems to take a really long time for each occurrence (45-60 seconds). Also, right before the buffering starts, I frequently see visual distortions on the video such as large pixelation or the picture turning green. Recently happened on Kill La Kill and Mekakucity actors. I've not experienced this on Netflix which I have also recently watched.

Still having the same issues watching Kill La Kill last night. Three separate times, the episode stopped to buffer. The one time I bothered to time it, it went for 3 minutes before I simply stopped the episode and then resumed playback which only took a few seconds to start. As I mentioned before, the video gets distorted (usually turning green) before it stops for a long buffering. I believe this us only happening with Kill La Kill

Haven't had much time to watch anime recently but I when I tried watching an episode of Kill La Kill last night, I experienced the same issue as described in my prior posts above. However, after a hard reboot of my AppleTV to fix another issue, I watch an episode of Mushi-shi without any buffering issues. I will need to watch more episodes and Kill La Kill specifically to confirm if rebooting really did fixed this issue but there is hope.

Okay, I think this will be my final post in this thread since I've now watched a full episode of Kill La Kill in HD for the entire length of the show with no pauses and only a very quick initial buffering when I clicked "play." (yay!)

Hopefully this with help other users who experience the same issue.
