Social Freedom is as follows: Liberating yourself from the anxiety you feel in a social situation, Breaking free from the social norms, and getting over your fears of what other people think about you.

The whole point of social freedom is about accepting your self and realizing that if your okay with yourself then it doesn't matter what other people think about you. This is important not only for social settings but life in general.
If you don't completely accept your self then find out why and work on it.

The first place to start is to figure out what social situation that makes you uneasy and nervious, then work at it till you can do it with ease. If you can't find out what makes you nervious go and find out what does by putting yourself in weird awkward situations and do them. Here is an odd one go up to a random person and lick you lips sexually and then walk away, or ask people to guess your name. See if you are hesitant or if you feel nervious right before you do it and take a deep breath or two and go!

Now all this might sound dumb but how do you know until you try it and if you have done stuff like this did you do it with the intention of trying to improve yourself and see what your limits are and pushing them to go beyond those boundries that you created?

Well I guess if a person wants to be liberated they should right about how they feel about certain situations and share it with the person or people invovled.

Nice that's a great idea it's quite straight foward and direct a good way to go about things. Im going to try and implement it when I do my Social Freedom exercises by either starting off with telling them why Im doing it or end off tell them why. never thought about it really
