Three boxes added so there are 14 boxes at the moment. Sengoku Choujuu Giga is still missing from continuing list.

Thanks. Updated the initial post with the new count and snapshot.

So when are we expecting boxes to be revealed? Since majority of shows will start this week.

Most of the CR staff would be off today for the New Year holiday weekend. They will likely hit the ground running again on Tuesday with the announcements.

The actual premieres in Japan of shows begins to pick up on January 5 from a US time perspective (3 premieres), and really hits its stride the next day (6 premieres).

Keep in mind that while as I post this CR only has 3 boxes "revealed", they've actually announced 8 series that have regions announced. Although I notice they list Chain Chronicle in the continuing simulcast section instead, that no doubt refers to the movie version, and the series version will occupy a box in the new simucasts section at some point.

They announced a 9th series, and the first two episodes have been posted, so obviously the regions have been assigned, but they still haven't officially announced those regions. (For the record, it is currently the US & Canada only).

As the lineup page is geo-filtered, they can't place series there that don't have territories assigned, even if announced. For many seasons now, CR has been slow on updating the lineup page with titles they have already announced.

Nitpick: The majority of shows actually don't start this week. More series premiere next week than this week.

I really hope one of the titles is Violet Evergarden. I was blown away by the animation quality in the previews, and KyoAni hasn't really made anything of interest to me aside from Hyouka as of late, since Beyond the Boundary was an utter disappointment in terms of the writing quality.

Violet Evergarden isn't going to be simulcasted this season because it hasn't been given an official airdate in Japan yet.

Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga was announced as a CR simulcast back on December 28.

Masamune-kun's Revenge was announced about 13 hours after your post.

Kuzu no Honkai (Scum's Wish) is a noitaminA show, so Amazon will have it. If last season is any indication, however, who knows when they'll actually show it (unless you happen to live in the UK).

What does that mean that Amazon will have it? Will it be streamed on time and with subtitles?

Kabeneri was.
The rest of the Noitamina shows they've gotten have been either released as a group at the end of the season or Amazon has vehemently denied they had the show (The Great Passage).

So, probably depends how hype the show is.

Here's why Amazon will have the rights: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2016-03-17/amazon-signs-deal-with-fuji-tv-to-exclusively-stream-noitamina-series/.99901

As the poster above says, though, whether or not they will use them is another matter.

On time? Well, if at all, not necessarily. Battery was all over the place when they were streaming that.

WIth subs? Well if they do invoke their rights to stream, they should have subs, but again, there were problems with Battery there, too. A whole week at least in one case where they didn't show up. (but they eventually did).

Not true of The Great Passage:

Of course, as I post this, there is still no sign of it on the US site. (As noted in the article, they streamed all 3 mentioned series in the UK as they aired, and their UK service also more recently acquired all 3 Nanoha series, which also haven't appeared in the US).
