Well it depends on the type of monster, if its slow dumb zombies Ill stay home and watch anime all day and surive of cup noodles. If the monsters are fast and agile like werewolfs or vampires I'm staying in my house and watch anime all day surviving of cup noddles becasue the is no way in hell we stand a chance against those monsters. If its aliens well imma stay indoors watching anime all day and suriviving of cup noodles because we would lose as the cause of our lack of technology and I want to fininsh watching my shows before I die.

In an apocalypse you'll just eat a cup of noodles and watch anime?

face it guys people talk about being all badass and shit during apocalytic times, but the truth is we are just going to panic and piss our pants. I'd much rather spend my last moments in peace.

Definitely a mall there is a large variety of items and outlooks. Many escape routes if needed.

Well, it just depends on where the monster attack is happening. I would like to stay at my house if I can, but I'm not quite sure that is the best idea given that zombie invasions would infect the whole city and there are potential explosion hazards when monsters attack. Anyway, I chose other, and I would have to say that I would try to leave town and take refuge at a hotel.

The monsters are attacking anywhere and everywhere in the world. You have to leave your house to find a safer place because there are monsters where you live.

I think it depends on the monsters. If it's Kaiju who don't burrow, maybe the subway is good as long as they don't collapse. For CHUD, subway tunnels = bad choice. Sealab = good for triffids, bad for octoshark merfolk.

In general, I would say "places you know", but then if it's formerly-neighbors-and-friends turned smart vampires, places you know is no longer and advantage, so think about open spaces that get constant sunlight and, if they happen to not like salt, maybe Utah is a good plan with appropriate supplies, but then again maybe it's a deathtrap of it's own sort.

"It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle." ~ http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Sun_Tzu

Grab your copy of "The Art of War" before you go, and head for the hills if hills is a metaphor for a good place given the situation. Also possibly Clausewitz and Rommel, but less so. And then whatever gear is right for what your plan is. But don't leave without a plan unless you have to.

That said, I will probably just attempt to assist them in their conquest of earth. I'm sure my services as monster lickspittle will be prized by my new masters.

I'd probably just end up living at Walmart because they have everything

The only answer to this can be "it depends".

Zombies - I would probably stay home and stay very, very quiet, after securing a reservoir of water (eg. filling a bathtub & assorted buckets). Zombies may be dead but the actual bodies are basically human, and once they dehydrate enough they will not be moving around any more.

I don't live close to any open pools or rivers so after a couple of weeks the zombies would be *dead* dead and I could poke my head out. Just so long as it doesn't rain...

Gojira - probably head for the countryside. Kaiju always seem to camp out the cities.

Vampires - depending on how much warning I had, probably mall, then head straight to the supermarket to stock up on garlic & garlic products. Otherwise I would probably stay home - I have SOME garlic, and large accumulations of people would not generally be safe.

Werewolves - probably stay home and make as little noise as possible. Wait a couple of days until the full moon passes.

So I suppose the stock answer is "stay at home." Sadly, opportunities to watch anime would be limited as power would probably cut out out sooner or later, but I do have a dynamo charger somewhere which I could use to charge up my tablets &such. Fortunately I also have a hell of a lot of books I can read.

I'd probably choose a Mall ~ Hospitals can kinda creep me out D: and being in a house, alone can also be pretty scary ~ D: So I'd choose the Mall. Hopefully there would be other people there too And lots of places to hide ~
