Such a haaard question! I love both, but I think I'd choose coffee because there's a vast variety to drink it and I like ALLL the ways xD

Mochas are my favorite, but between tea and coffee, I'm a coffee person. I like tea too though. I drink both black.

I love coffee, but I don't drink it anymore because I have caffeine or anything my body finds hard to digest because of some gastrointestinal issues. Even caffeine free coffee bothers me, leading to quite painful and unpleasant symptoms!

Fortunately I have always been fond of tea, and while I cannot handle anything caffeinated, I can still enjoy decaf. I normally favor iced tea, but I am learning to appreciate a good cup of warm tea. Keep in mind, I also preferred my coffee cold or iced: just not much into hot beverages because I am impatient and tend to foolishly burn myself.

I usually would use sweetener in my coffee, sometimes creamer, though before having to give it up I was starting to take it black on occasion. Cool tea (either decaffeinated black or green) I drink either cool and plain or warm and plain or warm with honey and lemon (especially when my throat is bothering me). If my sweet tooth is going, I'll add some sugar or some stevia (I used to use artificial sweeteners, but they also cause me "issues"). >.>

I prefer drinking nothing but water.

Tea and coffee are both hypertonic solutions. Meaning they'll cause you to become dehydrated over time as you drink them. Dehydration leads to headaches. Headaches lead to me rolling around on the floor making incomprehensible guttural moaning noises.

That and, for some reason, coffee's perk-me-up effect was lost on me within the first week of drinking coffee.

Definitely tea, I am not a huge fan of coffee I've never really been able to stomach it, I do go back and try a cup every year to see if my tastes have changed though. I just prefer a nice cup of tea, no sweeteners or anything else in it and as a rule I usually make it with two bags of black and one green.
