I know that region has a lot of earthquakes. What I am worried about is liquefaction in San Francisco.

Well given the fact I don't live there I can't say I am all that worried about it myself. They have the engineering to prepare as much as possible for it and they go through them often enough to know how to handle it in order to minimize casualties. Still, with the weather changing as it is I certainly wouldn't want to be living there. It seems to me that the area is on borrowed time and will be decimated possibly in my lifetime.

Oh you mean on Earth?
Earthquakes that cause tsunamis.

still wrong the worse would have to another galaxy colliding into ours

EDIT
====

an earth it would have to be Global super acidic rain that slowly melts everything including skin, muscle, flesh and all this has been recorded and happened once in early human history

Yellowstone national park erupting (super volcano) which there has been major recent earthquake activity there and its not a good sign

every volcano erupting in the ring of fire at once ~~~ both will change the landscape of the world and cover the world in ASH killing all vegetation and killing off the food chain and making it difficult to walk cause certain types of ash can be sharper than broken glass and making harder to breath

a meteorite striking the earth ocean thats bigger than 500 meters long ~~~ this is on earth event study the terminology of meteorite then you will see why

Diseases, viruses, parasites, fungus's, bacteria, Cancer, Mutations, Genetics, STD's new ones pop up everyday (as expected and there is a fungus that can infect the brain and literally make you attack and eat everything that moves) though every one has a natural resistance to it except those that live in tribes in deep inside heavy forest ~~~ we always have to worry about epidemics and pandemic and plagues you will never know when that game plague inc might turn into reality

the new Madrid fault line that straight in the middle of the US in the Midwest ~~~ it has been documented but not recorded how powerful it was it is estimated to be as powerful as anywhere from 8.7+ ~ it cause a lake to drain and a river to flow backwards for weeks and after shocks were felt for several years that may have ranged from 5 to 8.0s until they weekend enough to die down ~~~ its said to erupt everyone 200 years and the last recorded time was 1812

our magnet poles are said to be weakening or about to reverse itself north will become the new south and south will become the new west ~~the damage would be slow but definitely felt ~~ mars was said to have water once but then its magnetic field went to shit and the suns rays destroyed its ozone layer

then theirs always the possibility of another ice age but its highly doubtful nobody knows how exactly that started or if it even happened watch the movie "Day After Tomorrow" it will hypothetically describe a modern day ice age storm hitting

Serbia is said to have enough frozen methane to turn the earth into a comparable star if melted then ignited

i don't remember what island but there's and island around Africa that is split in half and about to fall into the ocean that will cause a tsunami estimate to be at least 2 miles tall or possibly more that could hit south america in just a few minutes and in the way of over several million people

humans is a product of nature too so you always have to worry about human problems too War nuclear or not, biochemical attacks, and etc

wild fires can be a problem too they are as dangerous since out of all they are the most slow moving when detected after it happens, but they can be ='ly terrifying if not contained or controlled

floods too are the same way

Hurricanes, typhoons, and tropical storms wildly unpredictable they can drop pounds of rain at once with EXTREME WIND speed and it might have a chance to rain down SHARKS

Sharknadoes and Tornadoes pretty self explanatory

THE LIST CAN GO ON FOREVER REALLY AND GROWS WITH EVERY DAY AND CENTURY AND MILLENNIUM

I like the responds. Earth has had some very extreme events in the earth's history like multitude of Geomagnetic reversal and Ice age. Also the 5 mass extinction events. It is very fun to learn about lol.

I think we are over do for a power flu. Like the Spanish flu

i know this was such a great response i am so proud of it despite alot of grammar mistakes

after the few days that's past since i posted this i could add so much more to it cause i just thought of a few more

Lol your grammar was fine. I really hate when people expect an informal writing to be so formal that it is like your are writing an essay for Scientific American.

I would say if the Yellowstone super volcano ever decided to erupt.
That would be the worst.

Hurricanes cause the most damage to buildings, while storm surges kill the most people.
