When I'm at home, like 20%. When I'm out at a crowded place...80% or something. I try not to go 100%.

Absolute fucking thunder. Between that & playing many shows / having many practices with loud rock bands I've developed a moderate case of tinnitus since I was 24. I absolutely cannot sleep in utter silence or the ringing drives me insane.

About 30%. I want to listen to my music, but I also want to be able to hear what's going on around me.

Max, preferably. My headphones don't get crazy loud, though. I love to absorb myself into music. My max volume allows for just the right pitches and pull to make me tear up with emotion at just the right moments.
