I tried logging into the Xbox app and it said that I didn't have a Premium membership. So I checked online and for some reason it said that my membership has "expired" even though I am paying for a monthly membership plan. I don't want to re-enroll onto another membership if this was just an error and end up getting double charged.

What made it more confusing was that I got the "You can count on me" badge at the beginning of this month but haven't got any charge for renewal, just a random "expired" drop off and message saying it was expired. I checked on my credit card statement and Crunchyroll order history and both did not have a charge for this month for some reason and no errors were reported. I was just randomly dropped.

Is this just an error and can I re-enroll without any issues or double enrollment? Or does this have to be fixed internally by staff?

For these kinds of payment things, it is best to send support a message directly with the contact form.

For what it is worth, as of when I replied, your profile is showing you as an Anime Member (premium).

If your website experience still reflects a premium membership (i.e, no banner ads while reading the forum, no ads if you view a video), you may want to try logging out of the Xbox app and logging back in, and if that fails, possibly even deactivating it from your devices list and adding it back. (I don't have an XBox 360, so I'm not clear on how the process might differ from a Roku, which I do have).

For some reason in the middle of the night the card was charged and the membership was re-enrolled out of the blue. I had tried signing in and out when the problem first occurred on both here and Xbox. Both of which did not work seeing as I got a message saying it "expired" from crunchybot.

But somehow it seemed to have worked itself out and enrolled me again without a problem.
