I like your team.:o
I want Santana so bad on my team*lol*
And yes, I am with you on Jeter and the yanks.
Jeter is extremely over-rated.

You guys got some good pitching, though you caught the Mets breaking out of their slump!

Padres and Mariners in that order.

Lived in Seattle before and my parents are huge fans. I play baseball and a lot of Padres players do a lot of stuff for the community so it's not hard to root for them.

I'm really rooting for Norichika Aoki in SD. He would fix all out problems out there in left field. Sledge and Cheo Jr are not the solution. Kazumi Saito wouldn't be a bad addition to the rotation either--definitely better than Pooper Wells.

Seattle always gets the good japanese players.:/
NY Mets haven't got lucky with them sadly.x.x

Ichiro is a free agent next season, I wonder if he's going to extend his contract again or look for a new team.

Didn't he come out saying if Seattle doesn't contend this year that he won't resign with them?

good job on the worthless spam post.

i got tickets for the padres vs the braves, and they're
field level seats. Was supposed to be about $50 per ticket,
got them for $16 each.

Very cool!
Where? In Atlanta or in SD?
SD is a beautiful stadium.
Hope the Padres beat the braves and help my Mets out in the standings!

::sigh:::

the white sox.

::sigh:::

My first MLB game was at the new commiski (sp) park, when I was 7. Right behind home plate, it was awesome.
Been a fan since then.
:::sigh:::
they aren't doing so well this year.

Man if the Mets can pick him up it will be as good as when we picked up Pedro.
And if Pedro comes back strong this year..can you imagine them both in the same rotation? Good lord.*_*
