This may be the only thread I can stand to go in now. Too many "what's the perfect bf/gf, do you enjoy being single, how can I get a gf/bf" threads everywhere.

I find these threads very entertaining to read. And then I have a good laugh
It gets a bit awkward when I meet people like that in real life (I automatically think...CR!!!!!)

I didn't even know this site was 7 years old haha.

I'm currently watching No Game No Life, Black Bullet, One Piece, Nisekoi, and a few others I can't remember. I'm also watching Game of Thrones, Hannibal, and some college books for finals.

Yeah, I've been here since I was 14 too. Been with CR a while now. Lol.

I'm watching Yowapeda, Ace of the Diamond, No Game No Life, Black Bullet, Blade and Soul, One Week Friends, Irregular At Magic Highschool, Brynhilder In the Darkness, Baby Steps, and Haikyu. Can ya tell I like sports anime? Lol.

I keep wanting to like Black Bullet but it's kinda boring though... I don't really have the urge to keep watching but do anyway. Anyone else having these feelings?

Ditto. Will check out Anohana. CR doesn't have it but just the picture looks interesting enough.
I did the same for EVA. I used to go to the video rental place and look up the tapes (TAPES!!) of animé. Would always pass on EVA, until that day. Best-masterpiece-EVAAA (PUN INTENDEEEEEED!!)!

Much of them still sees love as "just a feeling" or "it doesn't exist". Barely any of them attach anything remotely resembling responsibility, commitment, or selfless acts (which is what real love is, not eros or mere items of pleasure) to the concept.

Trying to change young people's minds regarding the matter is like talking to a wall. I still had to try, though. In the end I had to resort to having people watch a children's film, where it's infinitely easier than digesting a group of words http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-840079/what-love-is

One twenty-something person I conversed with the in the thread even told me that he's in a relationship "as long as it's convenient". He's in a live-in relationship right now, complete with children. I wondered just what his family members thinks of him leaving as soon as it gets "inconvenient". The irresponsible attitude is appalling.

...When it comes to being imbued with disastrous ideas and attitudes, it's not necessarily about the age.

:) Some good sense, here.
I went to check on that link (TL;DR), eyeballed it and the first thing the next reply said:

Tshhhh, completely missed the point. :S

There is no replacing the experience of, well experiencing all that, having your heart broken a few times and getting to understand how it works. It's not just numbers or an imaginary concept. Why am I explaining this?... *radio silence*

Not at all. Society as a whole struggles with relationships especially as the dynamics are ever evolving/changing. More and more people are simply less secure in themselves which makes them less likely to understand what real love/relationships should be like.

Agreed. But of course, there's more.

Anohana? It's still available. In fact, this is where I watched it to begin with. I do recall watching the first 2 episodes at one point and then moving on to something else, I don't remember why though. I think it was because I was slightly confused (I'm a bit remedial like that. I watched Air like 4 times before finally understanding it). But then I came back to it and realized what a mistake that was lol.

Well, I'm currently watching Haikyu!!, Love Live! School Idol Project, No Game No Life, Date A Live II, Kamigami no Asobi (my first pure harem in quite a while), and after watching the first episode of Black Bullet, I'm guessing I'm going to continue with that, too. I'm rewatching Kokoro Connect because it's my favourite anime. Also, I'm rewatching season two of Dog Days for the fourth or fifth time, because I can just never tire of watching it, because it never fails to make me smile. It's probably my second favourite anime. Screw complex plot!
