Right, I became a member on the 23rd of March and I saw the Free Trial membership and went for it.
I watched a couple of episodes and then decided to cancel it because I have exams and I wouldn't be using it anymore.
I'm sure I cancelled my membership but it didn't work and I haven't used it since about a week and a bit
Today, I got an email saying that I've been charged however, I won't be using crunchyroll and I cancelled it and I've automatically gone back to being a normal member.
Would I be able to get a refund because 1. It was fairly recent the money was taken and 2. My account is no longer a Premium Member
I have filled out a contact us form but, I'm just posting a topic to see if it's possible

Questions like these are best directed to support here: /help?topic=contact They don't address billing in the forums...

They should really make that more apparent, that and make a separate and bolder on for "BILLING".
