I call bullshit. What you describe is the American libertarian ideal, but it includes the modern concepts of "property", "law", "equality" and "individuality". Those who think that notions of despotism and hierarchy don't go back to the time all our ancestors lived in small tribes and way beyond should read up on studies of primates.

This is often called "Republic" because it is.

Many of the Founding Fathers of the USA emphasized a difference between "republic" and "democracy" (as possible forms of government without a despot or hereditary monarch) because of their historical knowledge of the failures of Athens, putting the emphasis on restrictions of majority rule: rights, checks & balances, and meritocratic representative bodies (which, at the time, emphatically didn't represent everyone equally but according to their wealth). For modern libertarians, the emphasis shifted from fear of tumultous majority rule by the "rabble" to fear of government role in the economy and redistribution.

As long as you don't hurt others or their property, you're free to do a you wish and contract as you wish with whomever is at full conscious. There's no one above and everyone has equal standing at law. You're the supreme being, and anyone that wants to make requests on you, must do so on your terms.

Who is included in this select circle of free people and who isn't? Who makes laws, how are laws made, and how are they maintained? Who protects me if someone ignores my equal standing in law? Who protects me if someone contracts a hundred gunmen to ignore my equal standing in law? What is "property"? How do newborns get to have property? Is making contracts where the alternative is starvation covered under "at full conscious"? What do I do if I'm sick but have no property? What do I do if I'm rich but live surrounded by slums of people without property & health coverage who spread diseases? And so on. The liberal utopia imagines people like perfect spheres in a vacuum.

They're immediately imprisoned.

By whom?

The government and it's servants exist to protect and secure your birth rights, and nothing else.

How do you ensure that, and what are your birthrights?

They may not intimidate you, make demands or even pretend to have any kind of authority.

So who imprisons persons, on whose authority?

In this "Propria Persona" government, a 14 year old girl is conscious and very well educated about law and contract.

How do you ensure that people are very well educated? What about the mentally retarded?

She can do whatever she wants,

What if she wants to kill you? What if she wants to take heroine? What if she becomes pregnant but has no property? What if she wants to join a revolution against the Republic? Why 14, why not 16 or 6? Etc.

You can be charged with genocide, practicing slavery, treason, etc.

By whom? And treason against what?

You may not play god.

Who is god?

Huh!? The history of democracies didn't begin in the USA.

Yes, it did.

Nope, it didn't. It started in Athens. Good job denying that.

The citizens of the land are the government.

Which land? You have to draw borders first. Who are citizens? If it is the same as "inhabitant", what about migration? Is there an age limit?

You're supposed see that the law is upheld, all true citizens are to enforce their national constitution.

Even if I never voted for that constitution?

If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself. A dependence on the people is, no doubt, the primary control on the government; but experience has taught mankind the necessity of auxiliary precautions.

-Federalist No. 51

When I think of government, this quote comes to mind.
Not that I have any idea where the stuff in the first post came from, as there seems to be a lot of different definitions, concepts and missing governments, but still.
