Oh man I feel so bad for you having to contact their support. Crunchyroll has the absolute worst customer service ever. I wish you the best of luck dealing with them.

I moved this to support, since it is a support type question, but when it comes to billing questions, using the Contact Us link is always the best approach.

They should really make that "CONTACT US" more apparent, that and make a separate and bolder on for "BILLING".

I'm just trying to do whatever I can to get useful suggestions passed up the line, since that's the most I can do with such things. I can't force changes to happen, and I can't make them myself. But even if it's just another reminder separate from this forum, it's one I could give.
