It is sometimes hard for me to interact with YOU .
Always such childish opinions or constant posts by a person looked up to that is usually half my age .
but on the other hand one is never to old to stop learning .
I should tell you to address me as your resident pervey sage .
first I had a yearning to have to replace akira .
then violence jack.
went thru the dragon ball withdrawls.
I can without a doubt say my love for japanees art started with that stupid lizard and has never stopped .
so from now on I hope when we interact you do nott act all 12 or somehing as I really enjoy your company .
god bless .

Hey, I may not be 60 years old yet, but there area bunch of us older folks around. That half century mark two years ago was but a bump in the road.

Bring me more anime please!

Yes, I understand your dislike of the "childish opinions" or the post from people who are half or one third your age. Just remember when you were that age and your devotion/obsession to something you enjoyed. Oh heck, my devotion to anime is as bad as the teenagers/20s and 30s here. I just know not to fight those battles. Many of them still have the "invincibility complex."

Also, being "elderly" means you have the wisdom, and the knowledge the young 'uns may not have yet. Plus, we are old enough to say anything we want, in the manner we want, and don't give a damn what others think. Perks!

So, keep the crankiness coming. No matter what they toss as us, we win by default.

It appears the oldest person that posted was 64, and I saw at least three that were 60+.

I hope by the time I'm 60 (provided I live that long), there will be a new form of entertainment; such as hologram or living in the story itself aka Virtual reality storytelling.

We already have vocaloid holograms if that counts. Not just in concerts either.

There are people already working on virtual reality though I don't remember who they were.

wow! you are an old man! I'm over 40 here. Don't watch as much as I used to but I still like some shows. Last season it was all Kill la Kill and Log Horzion for me! I'm really looking forward to jojo's here.

If the think the rate of technology today is bad, remember that Hanna-Barbera show called The Jetsons?

The year they lived in was 1999!!! It's 2014 and STILL no hovercars or commercial interstellar travel!

While I personally haven't tried it, I have some friends who tell me the Occulus Rift is quite the experience.

Given a choice between not acting 17 and not acting 12, I'll put my first priority on not acting 17.
