It depends. If they're genuinely eccentric and have an unique personality, I would love getting to know them. If they're the type who acts eccentric just to look quirky and weird, no thanks.

Yes, I like eccentric people, because I'm an eccentric person myself.

I have been told I am eccentric but some of the people I meet tend to scare them away.

However, I don't mind meeting other eccentric people. I like hearing ideas, discussing, watching them express their creative ways, and how they can truly be themselves.

I'm eccentric myself, so of course. I wouldn't mind having them around.

It seems to me that instead of naming known eccentric people, a better example is someone completely normal and boring as the point of reference everyone else deviates from.

My art teacher was pretty eccentric lol. Jeeze. I loved her lol. I ended up having her as my teacher for like.. 4-5 different classes. :O I've had a couple of people call my eccentric, I believe. But either way, I am who I am regardless of what people decide to label that as lol.
