I wonder what the chance of CR grabbing this title.

Anyways, I'll look forward to MEKAKUCITY ACTORS. Shame I can't watch Akuma no Riddle here. Guess I need to head over to Funimation and brace myself for some 320P or whatever quality it is

Funi has it. But CR and Funi could share it and or get it for other regions.

I'm betting that was the delay ... the News feed version of the language rights read:

MEKAKUCITY ACTORS will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: North and South America, South Africa, the Middle East, the Arab League, Europe except UK and Ireland, French-speaking Canada, French DOM/TOM., Arab League, and Europe (including French-speaking world, but excluding UK)

Now this: "North and South America, South Africa" is the familiar Aniplex of America sublicense. That would have already been finalized when Aniplex of America announced they were streaming on Crunchyroll.

But this: "the Middle East, the Arab League, Europe except UK and Ireland, French-speaking Canada, French DOM/TOM." is a region expansion. And that's where the site news stops.

But the News feed added this: ", Arab League, and Europe (including French-speaking world, but excluding UK)" is identical to the above region expansion after "the Middle East", and so it was probably added last as part of expanding the language rights rather than as part of expanding the license area, since the Aniplex of America sublicense has been English, Spanish and Portuguese, so that "duplicate region" seems likely to be part of adding French, and possibly also German.

Which could also possibly explain the delay ... the other expanded French and German regions have been mostly published by Showgate, so probably covered by a package deal, but here they look like they were trying to get the same effect with a side deal from Aniplex of Japan.

I'd guess the odds of Atelier, M3 and other are 50:30:20.

Edit: changed guess because Atelier is halfway through their broadcast run in Japan.

Good morning everyone! Our first announcement of the day is none other than Riddle Story of Devil, otherwise known in Japan as Akuma no Riddle!

Riddle Story of Devil will be airing starting TOMORROW at 12pm Pacific Time, with episode 2 to follow shortly. Episode 3 onward will air every Friday at noon Pacific Time.

Riddle Story of Devil will be available to Crunchyroll members in the following territories: Europe (excluding German speaking territories, UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia), the Arab League, and the Middle East.

Based off of the original manga series from Yun Kouga, Riddle Story of Devil takes place at Myojo Academy, a private girls' boarding school. The 10th year's Kurogumi class has 12 assassins with their sights on one target, Haru Ichinose. Tokaku Azuma is a recent transfer student who is also targeting Ichinose, but she gradually develops feelings for Ichinose and decides to protect her from the other assassins.

Voice actress Hisako Kanemoto will be voicing Haru Ichinose, while Ayaka Suwa will be playing Tokaku Azuma. Kiyoko Yoshimura is in charge of the series scripts, and Naomi Ide is serving as the character designer and chief animation director.

So it says excluding German speaking territories, then why is The Netherlands excluded???
We don't speak German!!
