How does one finish an entire anime, when the entire anime is not finished airing?

I've watched SAO and Attack on Titan in one sitting (probably the longest ones). There's also stuff like Angel Beats, Seitokai Yakuindomo S1, Another, AnoHana, Fate/Zero S1/S2. Even though it wasn't one sitting I've watched around 20 episodes of Mirai Nikki, Blast of Tempest, Durarara and Guilty Crown in one go. Most of the anime I've watched in one sitting hooked me from the first few eps

Koi Kaze...Lol. But in all honesty, what an excellent, shocking and moving series. Very well done, though the subject matter is disturbing.

In order of appearance
1) Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (3 times)
2) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
3) Steins;Gate
4) ...Pokemon (start to season 10 at the time)

And I'm not joking. Pokemon controlled my life for 2 and a half days, with no sleep, with healthy snacks and tons of coffee. I did take 1 shower, and those were the only breaks. I don't even like Pokemon, but I wanted to finish off an anime series that I have at least watched, and Pokemon was the only one.

Because of this dumb choice, I started having hallucinations starting from season 9. I imagined myself as a trainer, going with my friends, and all the pokemon fun stuff. After some time, I started spacing out while watching, and thought it would be awesome to play Pokemon against a friend, without purchasing 2 ds's and 2 versions of pokemon, so it clicked and decided to search for a Pokemon MMO.

I never knew it existed, and found maybe 4 active projects. Out of those, I went for the free open source version, that had been developed for over 5 years. (Many re-writes) Unfortunately C&D now, PokeGlobal, at the time, had half of Johto in it, with gold and silver pokemon spawn locations. You could do anything like you did in Pokemon Gold/Silver, with the addition of pvp. I was the server admin for PokeGlobal for 4 years after that point. I was sold. Though, when the C&D (name changed to Pokenet) came, we had all of Kanto, Johto, and were alpha testing the Sinnoh Region. 289 pokemon were catchable, with legendaries only lasting 1 week (design choice/flaw?), and MANY annual events held on holidays and weekly tournaments... and a hidden glitch city that we decided to leave in for lulz (no one has found it yet)

RIP Pokenet, April 1st 2010 (We weren't laughing...). Thankfully, we kept it open source, and has been forked by at least 3 groups, with at least 1 still active.

UGH, nostalgia.

Tons before although I rarely do that anymore. I only do that these days for shows that are incredibly entertaining.

I'll rarely watch an entire show in one season, since I mostly follow shows that are simulcast. If I start a show that's already finished airing that I end up really liking, I'll watch it a couple days or so. I recently did that with Tari Tari and the first season of Love Live. As for shows I own, I don't really watch those in one sitting either, although I do finish them faster than other shows.

I'm pretty sure I binge-watched Gungrave and Elfen Lied. There might be a few others but I can't think of them right now.

ugh.. know the fell bro, happens almost every vacation when I've got nothing to do...

Anyway I never really have watched a whole anime in on sitting, my head hardly takes 15 episodes in a row...

But still it's a bad habit, and it kinda ruins some of the animes for me and I should stop, but I know I wont

The Pet Girl of Sakurasou
Baccano!
The Tatami Galaxy
Welcome to the NHK
Toradora!
AnoHana
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Kokoro Connect
Usagi Drop
Soul Eater
Angel Beats
Mawaru Penguindrum
Yuruyuri

Probably a couple more. I'm a marathoner by nature. If I was allowed to count the ones that I took exactly one break on, this list would probably be around thrice as long.

One sitting only would just be Mirrai Nikki and Madoka. Done quite a few in two sittings, but that doesn't count!
